Service is nice, however the food lacks. Tonight, I ordered a large fry and definitely did not get one. (See attached picture) I received the bag and closed it and didn’t open it until I got home. Very disappointed, as this is NOT the first time it has happened. And there was only one person in line in front of me.

23 min for a small order, multiple requests for cups and the fries that were missing from the order. Poor kid at the register had to ask 3 times for a manager to bring him change for a customer. More than enough staff to quickly respond, yet it didn’t happen.

Definitely worth it. First McDonald’s in the history of the franchise where I on the spot ordered food for a family of 7 whilst the place was wall to wall packed with customers and they didn’t miss not one item. Took about 20 min maybe half hour to get the order which was to be expected considering it looked like they were giving things away for free with the amount of people in here. The boss man working the counter was very quick kept ilus updated on the order status of what was ready and what wasn’t. They even had streamers of what I believe are this year’s highschool or college grads (employees and congratulations banners on the wall by the counter to share who our future bright stars are.

It’s somewhat unfathomable how incompetent the McDonalds workers truly are. When you order a quarter pounder with NO ONIONS that’s what you expect to get! But no that’s not the case, they manage to mess up every order they put together, fry’s are cold, basically just another awful experience! Do Better People, you want 15+ dollars and hour and your worth is barely $8.00.

This McDonalds in Eaton is always clean, fast and serves quality food. This particular McDonalds out performs others we have been to. Seems well managed. We will go out of our way to eat here!

Please stop putting tartar sauce on my filet o fish. Reason we come to McD’s and not other fast food is because of the great service and attention to detail, but lately they keep adding tartar even after confirming they won’t. I just wasted money on a sandwich that needed to be tossed. I’ll be back and 5 stars, but please no more tartar sauce.

Best McDonald’s in Northern Colorado. It’s a small town Mcds so they still care and take pride in what they are doing and the food they are serving. They’re not perfect, but the experience is always pleasant!

I can only speak on McDonald’s on 23rd in Evans. The service is always so slow they take 1-3 orders at a time in front counter. Usually get order wrong some how, managers are not seen unless u need to speak to them. Although I know corporate must of been there bcuz this past week they have been on point. Won’t last long cuz they can’t be there all the time.
