Go through the drive through and order a 20piece nugget and order sauce at the same time. They charge you for the sauce and give you absolutely nothing in the bag.

Very rude customer service! We got 2 Large Caramel Frappes. They didn’t even fill them halfway full and just filled the rest with whip cream. We asked the lady to remake it and she slammed the window and came back with a little in a cup. Very disappointed.

would give zero stars if i could. i asked for them to make my meal a large, she only made my fry a large and not my drink, didn’t receive my sauce that i asked ordered and also didn’t receive my other large fry i ordered. i wouldn’t recommend ordering more than one meal here they’re bound to mess it up.

Went through the drive thru. Waited there for 20 minutes. We got to the window and were told to wait at the 2nd waiting spot. 45 minutes later, still no food. I go in and say “excuse me”. I know it was busy but I said it loud enough for them to hear me. They ignore me. I say it louder and start waving my arms around like a mad woman and they finally turn to me. I tell them we’ve been waiting out there for our food for 45 minutes. Come find out they lost our order. Had I not come in starting a ruckus, we would never have gotten our meal at all. I get them being busy, but they can’t expect that kind of service to go unnoticed. Do not go here on game nights unless you have plenty of time to waste and don’t have hungry, tired kids to feed. Oh also, did I mention the food was horrible? Yes, the grease has not been changed for a while. The fries and chicken nuggets had an awful after taste that literally made me want to vomit.

Ordered a filet of fish and large fry I’m still shocked $4.80 for large fry canceled that just got the filet for 29 cents more than the fry through drive through you don’t even get a full slice of cheese discovered this 29 miles north will never stop here again !!!! What a ripoff

Service is nice, however the food lacks. Tonight, I ordered a large fry and definitely did not get one. (See attached picture) I received the bag and closed it and didn’t open it until I got home. Very disappointed, as this is NOT the first time it has happened. And there was only one person in line in front of me.
