A good old fashion tenderloin smash burger. I had the tots which were served hot and tasted great — didn’t even need ketchup.

Best fries and cherry limeade in the metro! Pickles on my grilled cheese!? Yes please! The only thing that has kept me at bay for so long is the layout and massive hole at the entry/exit. But who cares when the food is fresh and GOOD. Sipping on my cherry limeade with the good ice right now. Can’t wait to get another.

We have been going here for years and it has been a couple of years since visiting because the food was terrible. Decided to give them another chance. The food has NOT improved. We ordered Italian steak and pork tenderloin sandwiches along with an order of fries. The bag came out of the kitchen soaked in grease. The pork tenderloin was completely inedible…the bun was soaked with grease and threw it away – you could see it standing on the tenderloin itself – How long has it been since you changed the grease??? The fries were greasy and bland and the Italian steak was barely edible. The price – ridiculously high for grease. We will not be back.

I knew I should’ve left as soon as the employee was rude on the intercom as I ordered but I tried to give the benefit of the doubt. I ordered a peanut butter fudge shake and was given ice cream mixed with what seems to be the entire can of peanut butter. I should’ve just stuck a straw in a can of jif and saved myself the trouble.
Our onion rings were so hard it’s like eating tree bars. Go to hi boy! this was so frustrating. Chunks of peanut butter and no other flavors.

A wonderful blast from the past. It’s a landmark hole in the wall and the burgers are fabulous…smell like beef, taste like beef. Best part: chocolate shake was brown vs beige and tasted like premium chocolate ice cream rather than “just” off-white ice cream. Reminded me of a burger and shake from my childhood in the 1970s before the infiltration of fast-food chains with corporate pre-measured processed “food” parts. Stopped when I happened to pass by, but will seek out on purpose in the future.

Old Fashion Burger Place. We were there for dinner and we ordered a half pounder hamburger with bacon. It was juicy and bacon in was really well cooked.

This place gave me food poisoning on 01/26/2026. It’s a day later and I’m puking my guts up, and have terrible diarrhea. Started a few hours after eating there, the other person with me has the same symptoms. Reporting to the health department immediately.
