Went into the store placed my order on the kiosk. Waited about 15 minutes for my order they yelled out my number hand it to me barely got a hello or even a thank you got home. Large fries were only halfway filled. My husband thought I ate them with prices being so high it would be nice to get a full order of fries

I keep saying I won’t go back to this location but I guess I keep torturing myself. This location is the worst. I always order from kiosk and most times it is out of paper with your order number. The order ALWAYS takes about 15 minutes and when it is ready they all but toss it on the shelf and run away. Tonight they were true to form ,called my number and went away, they did not include a happy meal just the milk, I had to shout behind the counter and ask where the rest of my order was and the answer was “it should be complete” I explained the happy meal was missing, they explained as soon as they run this order to a drive through customer they will check my order? He did return and looked at the receipt stuck to the bag and said let me get the happy meal for you. He placed it on the shelf and rushed away, no time for napkins, salt or ketchup? The customer service at this location is bar none the worst! I guess I understand McDonald’s removing the fountain drink machine but napkins or salt?
This location is NOT FAST FOOD and again customer service is not something hey encourage or perform. Take my advice, if you are looking for a quality experience at McDonald’s, this location is NOT recommended!

This location is next to my house and convenient when wanting something on my way to work. The service was good and my meal was all there, I have no complaints except

This mcdonalds has always been good- with food and service until tonight! Im so frustrated. The young guy at the drive thru who took my money was so rude and short when talking to me. He practically threw my change at me and it fell on the concrete. There’s no reason to be that rude. Please remind your workers to be at least more cordial. So disappointed

Not a big fan of their cost cutting measures. This includes handing you a bag of food filled to the top that you cannot possibly go through in a drive thru line and simply not including all your food. Losing out on 3 to 4 dollars an order is infuriating. I’ll just have to insist that each meal come in it’s own bag from now on.

My purchases won’t make or break this place but how much does it take to make a cup of coffee like it is ordered? In the last 2 months I have received coffee with zero cream and sugar. Now the coffee is 60% full and if I am lucky to have any cream or sugar in it it is one cream and one sugar. I stopped eating fast food years ago but as of this morning I am done with this crappy place. I am done driving back thru. I am done with cold coffee. I am done with black coffee and most of all I am done with the people they have working in there.

I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s for 6 months. Every time, they screw up my order somehow. Wrong sizes, wrong entrees, wrong everything.
This week, i pulled into the drive-through 6 minutes before closing. Nobody answered me. I could see employees moving in the restaurant when I tried to get someone at the window. They all ignored me.
Get it together! This is terrible customer service.
