Upon entering it is very spacious very well lit and very clean.lots of tables .Service was very friendly and very helpful. You order & pay at counter.get your own fountain drinks + other bottle drinks sold . Seat yourself.Tables were all very clean .they had person cleaning tables as people left.( very friendly man)many places to sit, private rooms look to seat up to 20 people in these rooms. Ice cream counter & other delicious sweet treats You can order . Bathrooms were very clean . We will visit this place again .

I got around to trying Bill’s steak & cheese sandwich today. For the money it was small, the smallest I’ve had ever, anywhere, but the roll was soft, fresh, textury and tasty, just slightly bigger than a hot dog bun.. the steak was tasty too, with no nasty bits in it. It tasted fresh and it was yummy. I got mine with grilled mushrooms, onions, & peppers, American cheese, and meat sauce. The veggies were served on a paper plate. The sandwich was served on paper in a basket. Classic presentation. Everything was perfectly hot. Fresh Veggies were grilled to perfection. I’ll post photos. Help Was great, and my sandwich was ready very quickly. I’d eat here again but Icd probably order a plate instead fir the same money..

Ordered online for pickup. Got all the way home to find they gave me the wrong order. Called, was asked if I wanted the food I did order and if I could return the wrong food so they could “refresh it”…..WHATTT. That food should be thrown out…hello Monroe County Health Department. Returned to get what I ordered, checked bag before I left and guess what, they forgot part of my order! I asked “one of the managers” what he’d do for my troubles, offered a coupon for 2 free cheeseburgers. What he gave me was a gift card for $10. I don’t remember the last time a cheeseburgers was $5. No apology for the nasty cold food that I finally brought home. Last time for BG.

We were on the Eastside today and decided to go to Bill Gray’s in Penfield. This place is HUGE compared to the Westside locations we usually frequent. Burgers were great. Fries a tad bit overdone. Staff very nice. It was nice to see an employee cleaning tables as soon as people left. Highly recommend this location.

Nice place. Clean with nice location. The plate I had was tasty. Burger/red hit plate with home fries and Mac salad, grilled peppers and onions. Beats your typical fast food.

Very updated and clean dining room. Friendly and FAST service. I visited during the lunch rush on. Tuesday, with the line out the door. The line was gone in 7 minutes. Very impressed. Plate special on Tuesdays! My plate was perfect, just the way I wanted it. Nice job and keep it up!
