Third time I have stopped here,ordering at kiosk is useless never get a reciept even though you pay with a card,cash register can’t even find the kiosk, ordered large double fish with cheese and extra tartar sauce and a big Mac sandwich. NO Reciept,no Extra Tartar sauce and everything was cold!

Waited over 25min for my order to be screwed up 3 different times. Simple steak bagel no bagel. To easy. First they give my bag with no food. Just a biscuit, cookies and condiments. I said “excuse me, I’m missing my whole order? This is just a biscuit”. After another 10min they give my food only for them to give me raw “meat” with raw onions, like they were quarter pounder onions, not grilled by any means. On top of the fact it was missing the egg. They make it a 2nd time but again its raw, so raw I almost got sick the instant I bit it. The worst part was the slimy, disgusting mystery meat they tried to serve as “steak”. I’ve eaten some pretty uncertain stuff in the Army, but this wasn’t even something I’d serve a stray dog. I ended up throwing it all away because I wasn’t going back in again. Every time I’ve stopped at this location my food is gross, messed up or missing (worse than the typical McDonald’s).

Girl in the window with a nose ring was so RUDE! She had a huge attitude for no reason. She was just really rude. Lucky I didn’t ask for a manager! Next time I come back and if she has an attitude again I will. So rude! Like girl you signed up for this. She was rude on the intercom and rude at the window. It’s 11:22 so I made this so you’ll know exactly who im talking about. !

We had ordered a rather large order ahead of time online and didn’t know that McDonald’s makes those orders right away unless you go through the drive thru. So when we came to pick it up lo and behold someone had stolen half of our order. But Carmen (employee) talked with her boss and remade our entire order and even added an extra apple pie. The customer service/food quality presented by her constituted a 5 star rating for this McDonald’s from me and my family!

Customer service extremely terrible, manager Sonia was rude to a customer. Saying hey im talking to you an elderly man enjoying a meal with his service animal. He up and left without finishing his meal with not being rude to her. She was also socializing with another person who wasn’t a customer just hanging out most like a friend hanging around the restaurant. Then after elderly customer left proceeded to laugh with her friend.

Just went through the drive through. Whatever older lady is working there tonight absolutely should not have a job. She was the most hateful person i have ever experienced in customer service. Rude to absolutely everyone and it didn’t matter how polite I tried to be. . The gentleman working with her was great, very kind. It’s a shame anyone even has to work in that environment with her. I feel terrible for him or anyone else that has to deal with that for hours. If they were smart they would get that toxicity out of there.

It took 9 minutes to get a cup of coffee. One customer had been waiting 15 minutes for food and was going to be late. Asked for a refund and the staff made it worse by arguing back. Yeah, he was upset but they weren’t interacting with him until he started yelling, and staff made it worse by arguing and getting defensive. Busy, not clean and overall really sorry we stopped here.
