This McDonald’s in located near my house. I’ll start with a positive. When I receive my food, the food is hot and well put together. However, due to unknown factors when I order large amounts of food, I’m always missing a third of my order. The few times I have eaten inside the store for the most part was clean however, I still notice tables that were dirty and needed to be wiped down, as well as a sweep underneath the tables. Anyone who’s working fast food understands how busy it gets and sometimes people forget items to put in bags. However, this is not an excuse and training is a must with a goal of the filling orders accurately in a timely fashion.

We went there around 10:20pm tonight (2/27/2023) and ordered a Big Mac meal and a couple other things. The total on the screen said $19.60, so we pull up to the window and no one says anything to us for like 5 minutes. Someone finally came over, didn’t say the total or confirm what our order was and took the money. Brought us back our change then came back and said the total was $1.66 more than what the screen said (whatever, not a big deal, it’s $1.60). She hands us our food and drink (almost forgets the shake). Everything seemed fine until we got home and opened up our Big Mac meal to find that it was just 3 buns, lettuce, cheese and Mac sauce. There was no burgers on it. That was by far the worst experience I’ve had at McDonald’s in a long time.

Nailed my order. Fast service. What McDonald’s is off the interstate and doesn’t have a changing table in the women’s bathroom? The bathroom is HUGE and there is no changing table. Not one outside the stalls, where there is more than enough wall space and not in the oversized handicap. Install one. No one wants to change their baby on the floor or counter.

I don’t usually comment on fast food places but this location deserves special mention. I have NEVER waited in a drive thru for more than 10 minutes. This visit was nearly an HOUR wait. I think they forgot the “fast” in fast food. We will never return to this location.

This store was understaffed and took a very long time to get our order. There were quite a few people in line. Most all of which ordered through the large public kiosks. There were two kiosks! One guy’s order took a very long time, and he seemed upset about how long it was taking. Staff called out several times for a few orders, and I think people just left without their food. The upset guy was given his order, and he hurried out kind of mad. I could hear the staff laughing about how he was given the wrong bag. When we finally received our food, it was exactly as we ordered and tasted exactly like McDonald’s food should taste anywhere in the world. On our trip traveling through Texas, New Mexico, and on to Colorado. It seemed consistent that fast food isn’t fast anymore, service just isn’t a number one goal, and moreover, cleaning is not a priority. On our way out of the store, there were two McD staff bringing supplies in a side door. Looks like keeping stock on hand was an issue at this store too. Perhaps two less staff created stress on an already busy morning.

Ordered a large coke and a large sugar free vanilla hot latte. My wife takes a sip of her latte and it’s black coffee. I take it back. Ordered another and same thing, but received a medium this time. Manager tell s me McD’s doesn’t have lattes for over a year. Lie! I got my buck and a half back and left. This McD has always been a poor choice. This goes back to the 90’s.

You no longer can see who is preparing your meal, refills are a pain to get. Ordering from the screen is not convenient what so ever. My guess is this location will be fully automated at some point. The meal is barely edible, it has finally pushed me to I will no longer eat at McDonald’s ever again.
