Good food, but a little slow to be made, they are service dog friendly. They have so many choices and they will upgrade your order for inconveniences. They also have a really nice playground, and we love their deals for cheaper foods. Overall, very good place.

15+ minute wait for our drive thru mobile order at 2pm on a Saturday. Parking lot was laid out poorly with a dangerous lack of signage. The fries were not salted right away so the salt didn’t stick, and they were chewy like they had been sitting.

They will park you for any single thing they can. Even if it’s a drink. I’ve been here multiple times and they’ve never failed to park me and I never order a lot of items. I understand you guys want to give the illusion of fast drive thru times on your computer by parking everyone so your boss is happy but it’s very selfish at the end.

I was having a rough night with things on the mind and couldn’t sleep. Decided to go through and get some fries and a soda at 2:30am. I didn’t get the girls name but she was working the window around 2:30am Wednesday Jan 7th and was just so sweet! Genuinely made mine and my dogs night so much better. Would honestly go back just to tell her how she improved my night. Not often do you see service like that at fast food in the middle of the night so very much appreciated thank you!

We have eaten here all the time. This time I had it delivered. But the time we got are food it was very cold so the meal did not taste very well and we ordered chicken nuggets with our other meals and it was not in the bag. Our son is autistic and will only certain meals. So we ordered and paid for the chicken nuggets and they were not in the bag. Also, my autistic kiddo wanted a plain cheeseburger and he got that but it also had ketchup and mustard on the cheeseburger and he does not like that so he would not eat it. We will not be ordering through GrubHub Mcdonalds every again because Mcdonald’s cannot get an order correct so my son would only eat the French fries that I had to reheat because they were cold when it arrived. Never again will we go here.

Food was fresh. Service was great but there is a huge hole in the playground area and stuffing was strewn all over the play area, as well as all out in the dining area. We won’t return until that gets repaired. There was stuffing all over the children playing and very gross

I have never left a poor review in my life but was blown away at how poorly we were treated tonight. Our order took well over 45 minutes. There was one other table that was waiting when we walked in so I know they waited even longer. We had to bring the receipt up to the counter to get our order, finally. The other party saw us do this so they did the same. We did not get our food until 9:30 pm. The girl with the fake red hair, that worked there, was yelling towards her staff, so we could hear. Commenting that nobody should be eating in the lobby at 9:30. It was obvious that she was hinting for us to get out. It was super rude and made us uncomfortable. We hurried and ate in 15 minutes. We understood that the drive-thru was busy so we blew off the delay, at first. But after being treated like that, I feel it should be know that girl has zero business skills.
