They didn’t give extra fry for sons happy meal but gave apple slices. They forgot his drink! And my jalepeno double quarter pounder was not worth the $8.50. This was dine in tried to get in line to get problem fixed but they was too busy.

If you come during the morning the ladies they’re a super slow you could literally order an iced coffee and they would still park you and have you wait for it. I’ve came at night as well and the afternoon people seem to be very fast paced and good at their job. They’ve had longer lines at times with fewer people and still manage to park less people then in the morning people.

Super disappointed of late. Cold fries or if you’re asking for no salt you can have a 15 to 20 minutes wait. I waited 20 mins Monday for this large fry with no salt. Half full! 3.89 for that is ridiculous. Very disappointed.

Service was completely horrible. Placed an order but never received it. Ended up ordering another order. I will just say that I donated $15. The only restaurant that I’ve been to that always misplaces orders regularly. Everytime I go to McDonald’s I know exactly what to expect. My expectations of you are very low.

I am not sure what these worker are doing here. There were atleast 20 to 30 staffs. Still I has to wait more than 10 minutes to just order food. There was only one customer before me. The staff who was taking the order was not sure what’s going on. Then again after the order it took atleast 15 mins to get the food. My daughter was even making fun, is this even a fast food. Worst McD I have ever been to. 3 stars are for food and cleanliness.

The north side McDonald’s runs a tight ship. Always has since I was a kid growing up in this neighborhood. Fast consistent service 24/7, always ice in the machines, soda/syrup ratios on point, employees that actually look like they want to be there (a rarity post-pandemic, isn’t it?). Compare with the south hover one (garbage service) and south main (garbage service) or really any other McD’s, this is the best one I’ve ever been to. Guess I’m lucky it’s in my hood since I was a baby.
