This McDonald’s location is in a good spot. You can’t go wrong when you see the golden arches. It’s a clean and safe location. Right on the corner aka intersection. It sits directly across from a well known park, playground, and skate park.

First and foremost to the ownership of mcsonalds, please educate your employees that interfering with and denying access to a public place for a real service dog with a clear working harness on that has the school and job listed on the harness. Is illegal. Second whether it is a service dog or not I do not believe it is ever appropriate for a taller male to approach yell at and wave a l hone in someone’s face close enough to touch the brim of a hat. Especially to a solo female. And if you are going to allow your employees to try to deny a Guide dog continued access to a public establishment, if you are going to be ok with an employee getting in someone’s face and repeatedly yelling ‘no dog no dog’ then I encourage you to choose an employee that speaks the national language to a conversational degree. I am pro multilingual. I am not pro yelling at someone, then walking to the door and holding it open while continuing to say ‘no dog’ after waving a phone in a customer’s face. The dogs harness clearly says ‘guide dog’ your employees inability to speak or understand the national language does not give him the right to wave a phone in my face presumably with a translation or policy or whatever..

wow wow wow. as the only other fast food place in winter park i had high hopes that this would be good. we ordered 5 hash browns, 2 coffees, and a burrito/mcfuffin. we received our iced coffeees and they were delish at the start, a few minutes later it started to taste like caramel milk with ice. they told us to pull to the next window and we sat there for around 12 minutes. we had 8 cars past us during this time. next, we received food and had grease everywhere. we had grease all over the napkins too. once it bite into my hash brown it was over cooked, all of ours were actually. in the picture you can see it was just crisp. no good cooked potatoes. both of my hash browns after finishing had PILES of grease sitting there. in the photo you can see one of them and the other one was probably x2 of that. very dissatisfied and will taking my buisness to wendy’s.

Went through the drive-thru a week ago. Tried to order our food but the manager who was running the drive-thru was pushy and kept cutting us off when we would speak. Of course he did not have a name tag on but he had a managers shirt on. We felt very rushed when placing our order. We have been going to this McDonalds for about 20 years and have never experienced anything like what happened to us during that visit. We probably wont be back for a while.

Dont go here unless you want hair in your food. I was very respectful to the cashier and im the one who walked away with HAIR in my food !!!! They didnt even try to hide the fact that they did that !!! Im obviously someone who has a pixie curly haircut and dont have straight caucasian hair. !!! I need to report this to corporate. I can only imagin what else they are doing to peoples food for no reason. It was literally embedded in the cheese, not just happen to float off someones head. The workers were just laughing and being disrespectful. Its all on camera for proof if Mcdonalds wants to time stamp it !!!! If you cant trust people with your food then why come here. I was being really respectful and didnt even yell or try to become a karen.

The service at this McDonalds is terrible! They try to get you to pay for items you don’t ask for!! They added a hash brown to my order making it $3 more than what they told me at the speaker!

I wish that I can put 0. Worse McDonald’s ever – they don’t clean snow around, so my son fall down. Cashier doesn’t know menu at all. Manager is rude and treats customers very bad. I asked for decaf cappuccino, paid for it and they made regular. I can’t handle caffeine and asked to redo it. Daniel said it’s impossible and returned money and took a drink. They didn’t offer decaf coffee with milk. Service is super slow. Restrooms are very dirty.
