Raw and Unsafe Food — Unacceptable Experience
This appears to be an ongoing issue based on other reviews. I pre-ordered a meal for my family through the app while we were traveling. Despite pre-ordering, we were asked to drive around and wait an additional 10 minutes because the food was not ready.
When we arrived at our hotel and opened the food (less than 15 minutes after leaving), the hamburgers were pink in the middle, cold, and still had ice present, indicating they were not fully cooked. The French fries were also cold and partially frozen. Additionally, our order was missing the sauce for the nuggets.
I called the restaurant to speak with a manager. The employee who answered initially claimed to be the manager, then handed the phone to someone else who stated it was “impossible” for raw food to be served. He argued with me, refused to provide his name, and showed a complete lack of professionalism and accountability.
I have filed a complaint with corporate and will be contacting the local health department. Serving raw, cold food—especially after a pre-order and additional wait—is unacceptable. Arguing with a customer who calls immediately after discovering a serious food safety issue is even worse.
This experience reflects a total failure in food safety, service, and management.

Food was good, fries were actually fresh unlike other McDonald’s.
Atmosphere was good with little flowers on tables, clean tables and areas. Looks like an actually maintained McDonald’s unlike others. Speakers actually playing music which is another rarity in McDonald’s.

Seriously? It’s 5:20 AM. The store on Google and on the McDonald’s website this list is open. It took my order and charged for it. No one answers at the door or the speaker. Someone sees me at the drive-through just shake her finger, no and walks away.

You’ve probably heard it, but McDonald’s outside the US is a different experience and Japan is the best I’ve seen. Clean building, neatly made food, good service. A nice quick stop if it’s late and the shops are closing up.

I visited this location with my 6 year old granddaughter and we had a nice visit. There was an indoor play yard which she enjoyed using. Are food met the McDonald’s high standards.

I decided to try the new buffalo ranch chicken sandwich today. It was a complete disappointment. Although I’m sure it will provide protein for my body, the sandwich looked pitiful and nowhere near like the pictures. But even more than that, the amount of buffalo sauce was extremely small and the sandwich just didn’t really have good flavor.

Every single, one of the employees and their manager, Roberto, run a clean, fresh, very welcoming store.
I know that they do not need my review to sell another billion hamburgers, But the McDonald’s in Evergreen, Colorado does an absolutely outstanding job!!

ALWAYS double-check your order before leaving, especially if you redeemed rewards points. I’ve used rewards points for items here four times, and only once did I actually receive the item. Based on my experience, there’s about a 75% chance they’ll forget to include it.
I also recommend asking for a receipt. Many of the employees at this location don’t speak English, so having the receipt makes it much easier to point out what’s missing.
