Temporarily closed. They seem to be doing a big refresh. All the decor is off the walls. Was scared this was a permanent closure until I read the sign that as of 3/5/26 building maintenance will occur and the location will reopen “as soon as we can safely serve our guests.” They also will have a new kiosk a la McDonalds for customers to order from so it’s safe to rule out a stealth closure. I’ve been eating here since they opened decades ago and it has more or less maintained the same quality level tbh. In recent years they send a bit more lax with a few things like keeping the tables clean and being prompt with order taking and glove changing. and not as on the ball at times but the food quality stayed pretty much the same far as I can tell. This is a great place for burger and fries. Their milkshakes are also very good but they have killer competition on that front at niftys across the street. The five guys burgers and fries are miles ahead of the food at niftys though.

Service was excellent staff was friendly and attentive. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with toppings and it was flavorful and delicious ! Along with their signature fries a perfect meal. Great job and great customer service !

This was our first time here even know they have been in the shopping center for years. We were told that the burgers and fries were great but have yet to try this place out until today. The prices are not inexpensive. The burger was delicious and made the way I ordered the burger. The fries were soggy and disappointing. You would think for 6.99 for fries that they would be perfect but they were just okay. Service was on time and no issues. I might be back.

I’ve never walked into a five guys that was this empty during lunch time. I also have never had a burger where the bun was completely saturated in grease that it fell apart in my hand. Its like they soaked it in their grease trap. It fell apart the moment I picked it up. I dont know what they’re doing different at this five guys. Normally I can’t get enough of their burgers but this burger was not as flavorful and amazing as the typical five guys burger that i have come to know and expect. I can see why this location is empty of customers.

This location is pretty clean. As usual for FG, it has a nice, simple interior. Patties and fries cocked well. The fountain zone is clean. Free nuts are available.

I received a delivery soaked in rain water. Filed a claim at call center and was promised to get a refund but never happened. Why? The manager wasn’t available, please give us some time, call again tomorrow! Total mess!

Burger here was very dry, been to many other Five Guy locations and the burgers are well done but juicy, here well done and dry as well as this Grant Ave location the burger meat was very small. First time experiencing the burger left about 1 inch of roll and cheese around the circumference. The fries were hard, like they weren’t cooked all the way. We are outside because it was beyond freezing inside, usually unlike it cold but this was so cold that before you walked out the door from the time you pickup your food and walk so many feet your burger was cold. The roll was freezing and I guess since the burger meat didn’t make it to the rim or edge of the burger roll that’s why the whole sandwich was cold. Staff was very nice, parking was plentiful, also when you see parking plentiful and I am not talking about tons of parking spaces I mean like just 2 cars in the parking lot that should have been a sign to head to another five guys or go across the street to Nifty Fifties

I am not really a burger person but I was craving a good cheeseburger. I ordered through a DoorDash and this was the first time trying Five Guys. This cheeseburger taste like it was homemade. It tasted fresh, juicy, burger meat was tasty and the bread was good. Overall I will ordering again.

The staff does not explain anything, the service is at zero. As a result, we just threw four dry burgers without any additives or vegetables into a bag and sprinkled with potatoes. Yes, it was our first time, but I think that’s what people at the checkout are working for? The milkshake seems to be good. And it is so expensive.
