This McDonald’s is honestly one of the worst I’ve been to.
They messed up my order multiple times in one visit. I ordered five sandwiches, two fries, and a Happy Meal, nothing complicated, and they still forgot items. I caught one mistake before leaving, went inside, and the staff seemed completely confused about how to fix it. They were all scrambling around like lost puppies. It’s not that serious for a hot and spicy.
Got home (with a kid in the car, so yeah, I’m not double-checking every bag in the parking lot), and surprise, they forgot an entire burger too.
It wasn’t even busy, which makes it worse. There’s really no excuse for getting such a simple order this wrong.
McDonald’s is usually at least consistent, but this location is on another level in the worst way. Double-check your order or expect to be disappointed.

I came here because I was craving the hotcakes. I ordered the big breakfast and an iced coffee. Honestly, i haven’t eaten at a McDonald’s for several years, so i was looking forward to the experience. Everything is now automated. Order from a kiosk, which seems impersonal. They no longer have hazelnut ice coffee, so I ordered the vanilla creamer. I was asked to pick a table, and I randomly chose 11. When i finished paying, I realized I didn’t know where table 11 was because they were all in the 100s, so I waited by the counter. I asked a worker where the table was, and she politely said she would make my order. Breakfast was decent. Nothing special. Nothing stood out. Service was okay. It was early, 9 am, and the restaurant was almost empty. Drive-thru was busy. Managers were sitting in kids area talking among themselves. I can say that I’m not missing anything here and can definitely get a better breakfast down the street.

We have gone to this location a few times and the food has always been sub par. Today, we decided to give it one last chance. My husband found a long blonde hair in his hashbrown bag, I found a short black hair in my egg McMuffin, and we found another short blonde hair in the pancake container. How in the world do you get 3 different hairs in one order? I would give zero stars if I could.

We have come to this McDonalds because it’s the only one close that has a play place for my kids. This time our experience was less than stellar, the tables in the play area were all dirty like no one had been out to clean them in a long while. The food itself came out cold if not stale. The frys were cold and seemed to be old. The burgers were barely warm, and the kids chicken nuggets were barely warm. The drinks, we had ordered Dr. Pepper stated as if they had too much syrup or were diet instead of regular. The manager did not seem to be happy to be there.
All in all not a great experience.

Today I went through the drive-through and had a great experience at this location! The service was super fast, and Cody, who brought my food out, was awesome — he waited to make sure everything was correct before I left. It’s so nice to see that kind of care and attention to detail. Great job, McDonald’s team!

The evening I was there there must have been only two employees in the whole place. The new setup is not customer friendly. There is nobody at the counter anymore. The young woman delivering orders to tables completely ignores people. We waited 45 minutes for our order! At a McDonalds! At least the play place was clean-ish and trash wasn’t overflowing. The food was hot when it finally came out. I don’t know what is going on but the customer service was just garbage.

I ordered a double quarter pounder meal. The guy taking the order kept messing up my order. Ordered a double quarter pounder meal with only ketchup, may and onion. He rung up the meal attached below. Also asked for fresh French fries, which I got soggy hot fries. Gross.

I paid for the order, the girls at the counter asked me what I ordered, I responded with my order. They gave me my food, I looked at it, it was missing ketchup. So again, it was wrong. I get we are trying to give food service 18 a hour jobs. However, my issue is, if you can’t understand English, do not work in food. One of the workers handing me my food and talking Spanish on her phone. I dont get it.
Also, just got breakfast from this mcdonalds the eggs were burnt to shit and theres a hair.

I live down the street from this McDonald’s (less than 3mins) I have yet to find a wormhole that can get me from this mcdonald’s to my house before EVERYTHING I ORDER is soggy and inedible. I don’t know what they’re doing at this location (maybe not changing cooking oil enough etc) but all chicken ordered here taste stale/reheated/cold/soggy even during peak dinner hours!. Do yourself a favor and drive a few more minutes to another McDonald’s
