The ladies working here do their best, but when you refuse to have cashiers anymore this is why you have a lobby of pissed off customers. I don’t see smiles being served here… at one point there were about 8 people all in here waiting for food they did as a mobile orders. This is NOT on the hardworking people, this is on franchise operators and McDonalds corporate 100%

Awful service, as you can see in the video, says that the restaurant for dine in closes at 10 pm , it is 9pm and hour before closing and it’s completely closed for dine in . They are not respecting the business hours.

We just live down the street and when we go there, they are rude don’t understand what you are ordering and still mess it up especially when you order something without onions cause you allergic to it and you always have to check, which you shouldn’t cause it shows that you asked for it to not be on it. They try to correct it and it still has onions on it but no cheese. Like they could really kill someone by not doing it right. Yes people say then don’t order but you know sometimes you just want a McDonald’s hamburger

What disappointment to service. I asked for 2 meals and apparently I need to be the one to say they need to come with fried and drinks. But also when they still get the order wrong and I point it out to the woman at the wondow and ask for my fries and drink and instead am meant with rolling eyes and attitude. And when I am just about to ask for the manager I get told “ok have a nice day” and the window closed in my face. I have tried to call to complain and all I get is 10 minute of ringing. This was terrible service and completely uncalled for.

I went through the drive-through this morning and I used a coupon for a buy one get one free sandwich and I asked the lady at the window if I could have my Monopoly card I paid for one sandwich and I got one free and she told me that I didn’t get a card when I’ve only purchased one sandwich. That is not true it says with any purchase on the card. Why would you be such a stinker in the window and tell me that I couldn’t have one I shopped there every day I drive-through on my way to work and get myself either a coffee or an iced tea through my mobile app and I’ve never been treated so shitty at this McDonald’s ever.

Bianca The General Manager is an outstanding manager that has great customer service and cares about her customers. Bianca makes sure your food is hot and fresh and you are satisfied . Her team is always ready to help the customer if they have a problem or a question. Every time I go to this McDonald’s the food is always piping hot with fast service and they smile

They make their coffee so strong that I as a coffee lover can’t enjoy it due the potency. Even you had a lot creamer it would still suck. If I wanted strong Java I would go to Starbucks but too expensive.
Not going to this particular restaurant anymore. Waste of money.

You’re going to deny your customer a small cup of water, after they’ve already paid for a large order? I asked politely, and the restaurant wasn’t busy. Every other mcdonalds I’ve ever visited gives water cups, especially to paying customers. Very petty. I hope the 1 cent cup was worth a 1 star review.
