This location was very dirty when I was there. Fries and nuggets were cold. Got 3 nuggets in my 4 piece order. Apple pie was cold as well. Upside,I got my order fairly quickly. Looks like only 2 people working. Drive through line was steady, not crazy. Maybe if they weren’t short staffed things would be better? Not sure.

This location is basura . Service seemed to be run by one man while the other worker looks at you through the window and then dashes off when you make eye contact. After setting there at the order window with no response. Decided to drive up to the payment window with no one is there, drove to the first pick up window and again no one is there, waited for two minutes then a person arrived but the man tried to hand me an order for the car behind me. I showed him my mobile order information and let him know no one answered to take my order. Back to the little girl once she saw me she scurried away with an item to “stock” while I wait at the second pickup window as directed by the man. Three minutes go by then four. I decided to drive back arond since I was tje only car thinking that is what he meant but I recieved the same silence at the order screen. Now ordered a quarter pounder with cheese meal which I intended to share with my pup for being good at his veterinary appointment. I started pinching off meat from the patty and noticed beyond it being super greasy with the grease leeching past the bun on to the packaging. I had to tussie blot the grease and then I saw that the patty was severely undercooked much to my disappointment. My pup was very happy to not have to share. I had the very tasty and hot French fries and sipped on my under iced coke zero which was fine. Thank you for making my pups evening and making mine a trip back home to prepare a protein to balance out my carb loaded fries.

I arrived at around 2:30-3:00 and the fries were hot; fish filet was warm but the bottom edge part of the buns was hard; and the cheeseburger was warm. I guess it is always best to order popular items versus the less popular ones. The lady at the food pick up window greeted me with a smile, which was completely unexpected and yet very pleasant surprise!, because many of the McDs I went to, the employees barely say anything. This lady was nice and polite. Thank you!!

We were on our way to Bed Bath & Beyond at the Dulles Eastern Plaza got hungry and stopped at McDonalds. Very neat and clean inside with a long drive-thru. We ordered 2 fish sandwiches from scratch and both were delicious.

There is no machine for you to refill your drink!!, no napkins for you to grab, no salt you can take. Everything you need to be waiting until you are lucky an employee helps you, which is hard.

The place was fine the way it was. It looks terrible with the renovations. Feels and looks cold. Depressing colors. One mural of electrical boxes with graffiti on it. The counter is now off one side and you can’t see the kitchen so the staff hide in the kitchen and don’t come to counter unless you are loudly saying “hello” or “Can I get some help”. Mobile ordering, rewards and deals haven’t been set up since they reopened.

Ordered 3 fish filets and it was HARD they overcooked it or something but it was like biting into cardboard, when I called and asked for a refund, they wanted me to drive all the way back and the lady on the phone went to go ask somebody something and then just left the CALL, I was waiting for over 10 minutes, ridiculous! Avoid this disgusting restaurant
