I don’t eat McDonald’s a lot but when I do I always have a bad experience at this location. They will take care of large families before they take care of a single person, even if the single person was there first. They also need to change their hours on the door. Once I went to this location at 10:30 and they said they only do takeout after 10 even though a large family was eating in the dinning room. Then tonight I went there at 10:45 and the doors were locked but the hours on the door say dining room open until 11. Either the employees are locking the doors early or they need to change the hours on the door. I don’t have a car and I get off work late. This place needs to get clear on their hours and they need to treat all customers the same

Ive been coming here for years now. Some of them have been working there for years. I appreciate them working as hard as they do while people(customers) give them a hard time if things arent magically in front of them right after paying. They have been working so hard and having to deal with the the BS.

This place needs to seriously step up their customer service! The drive-thru employee was giving me attitude over a simple code. If you’re going to hire high school staff, or ppl that act like high schoolers then maybe train them properly and ensure they know how to treat customers. It’s ridiculous that we have to jump through hoops for a code when this is supposed to be fast food. If I have to load up my app for a code, then the least you can do is wait a minute or two. Also work on not tryna have a stare down with me at the window unprofessional and yes I am this petty

If you wanted to close on Thanksgiving, fine. But please take the two minutes or so to update your hours on the app or Google. Google and the McDonald’s app both say you’re open till 11 pm today.
It is incredibly easy to change these in Google, no other companies had this problem. You guys had a huge crowd at your drive thru at 10:30 AM, because you guys decided to cut corners and not update your hours.
C’mon guys. This is not hard.

Very slow location. No matter what time of day they seem to be incapable of serving their drive thru without having you park for the simplest of orders

They are not very organized and mix up orders often. We waited 20 minutes in the drive thru for an order of just 2 medium fries. When we got to the window I saw a bag sitting there and I had a feeling that was our food but they still made us wait another 5-10 minutes while they prepared another larger order. I couldn’t even ask if that was our food because the person at the window was just standing watching a screen. Eventually, they gave us the wrong order, and when I told them we only had the fries they were rude about it. Turns out, the bag that had been sitting there the whole time was our food.. so yeah they probably dismissed our order early and forgot about it and then had us wait for nothing. And by the time we got our fries, they were cold and old. No one likes soggy fries 🙁 the reason for the 1 star was the rudeness. Everyone makes mistakes but to be treated badly even when it’s not the customer’s fault is just wrong.

DO NOT GET ORANGE JUICE FROM HERE! We went to get us breakfast and got orange juice I took a drink and it tasted really off, my husband took a drink and was like OMG NO ITS DISGUSTING! When we looked in it there was stuff at the bottom it’s NOT PULP it looks like curdles! So I poured some of it out so I could feel it and sure enough it’s rotted!! OR someone put something in our drink or the machine is disgusting! Now we’re both nauseous and feeling sick! I called and they can’t understand me because I don’t speak Spanish, please be warned!

Update: still the absolute worst customer service ever. They have since even put up signs to tell you they won’t take your order .
Just completely walked out of their store because the employees refused to take orders in person and force you to use a tablets. That’s absolutely ridiculous. How many old folks for breakfast want to use that thing? I will never come back to this McDonald’s if I’m having a craving for it I will drive completely out of my way to a different location. Maybe the employee should learn English and do their job.
