Nothing worse than enjoying a nice cup of warm coffee and you then end up with a mouth full of coffee grounds. This was in the morning as well so you’d think they’d have freshly made coffee made ready to go instead of using the very last of what they have.. I frequent this location often, and this isn’t the first, second or even third time this same exact thing has happened.. the 4th time warranted a review.

The young manager truly stood out, especially during the lunch rush. The place was packed inside and in the drive line. He stayed on top of everything , He directed his team with clear communication without sounding too tense or overwhelmed. He kept everything running smoothly without missing a beat. In the middle of the chaos, he still communicated well with customers and make sure everyone had what they needed. That level of leadership, awareness, and professionalism during such a busy rush is awesome to see first hand.

This location sucks. They have no concept of customer service. The app was glitching and wouldn’t process any form of payment even though I tried multiple times and cards. It told me to go to the restaurant to order, but then it would not give me the code because it said I used one. The lady at the window told me to wait 11 minutes, however, breakfast would’ve been done by then. I asked if there was anything she could do to help of course they can’t. She also tried to tell me that the button that says use in restaurant was only for in the restaurant and not at the drive-through Talk about stupid. And I’m pretty sure that was the manager. I would’ve happily gone inside if that would’ve made the difference of being able to have better service or fix the problem, but that wasn’t really the issue. I left without purchasing. Obviously they don’t care if they get your business or not.

I know it’s just McDonald’s, so I’m not expecting gourmet food. But when I order through the app and ask for no ice, I shouldn’t receive a drink full of ice. I asked for hot honey and got hot mustard instead. The fries tasted like they were double-dipped in oil instead of fresh. Mistakes happen, but at the very least, remember to put a straw in the bag. If you have the option to drive to the next closest McDonald’s, I’d recommend it. My stomach is paying the price right now. Second time at this mcdonalds and second time disappointed, i will likely never return if i do i will post another review

Order from here a good amount but lately the orders have been getting messed up. I called and was told by the manager that I was wrong in what I ordered. I told him I have a receipt and he said we’ll I can print receipts too. I said thats fine, you can see I ordered a large combo. He kept insisting i ordered a small. He was standoffish the whole time for no reason. I even told him dude its just a mistake. It happens. He told me I have to go through the app to get a refund. The app says I have to go through the store. If the manager hates his job that much why does he work there?

It’s McDonald’s. My expectations are not high. I use this one for quick grab and go after work and they’re usually fine. This morning, I put in a mobile order for a meeting I’m hosting for my staff. They shorted me three items (a third if my order). Should have checked the bag but I didn’t. I’m about 2 miles away from them and already at work, not able to go back before my meeting. Called and asked if they could get it to me. Asked for a manager and was never allowed to talk to one. Passed me around to three different people to be told no they can’t deliver it. Asked for a refund. Told me I have to process that myself through the app. So much for making your mistakes right. Disappointing.
Update: Tried using the link. I didn’t save my receipt (shocker!) so apparently there’s nothing to be done. Just sad the extent to which the “Pass the Buck” culture has evolved. I’m sure I’ll give them business again at some point, so they lose nothing. Massive corporations, once again, FTW. You get to keep my $14. No financial incentive to do the right thing? Then why bother?

I’m a dasher. I waited 10 minutes at the counter while waiting for a pickup. Someone dropped off a bag behind the counter and nobody check on it. Patiently waiting FINALLY someone walks by. I asked if anyone was ever going to help the 4 dashers waiting and told them my pickup number. The manager yelled at me telling me I should have asked them earlier. NOBODY WAS AROUND TO ASK. This manager should be disappointed in their store and the owner should be disgraced.

food was actually awful, the fries are undercooked and cold!! the burgers patty’s are burnt they basically gave me a plain cheeseburger when i had no edits to the order. 0 onions 1 pickle and literally a dot of ketchup..
