I want to start by saying that our server was awesome. She was super attentive and helped us with any problems we faced. However, the food was not good at all and didn’t meet our expectations. I tried the chicken parm for the first time, and it was terrible. The chicken seemed overcooked, and the seasoning was just thrown on top. I couldn’t eat it at all. Someone else at our table ordered the same dish and didn’t like hers either. They should definitely remove this from the menu right away. I switched to the Bourbon Street chicken and shrimp to go. But when I tasted it, the chicken was burnt on the backside, which made every bite taste charred. However the shrimp Alfredo and sirloin were cooked ok. This could have been an off day, but it was enough for me not to visit this location for awhile.

Great spot for late night full-service dining. Plenty of televisions for sport lovers. There’s a terrific special for two going on now. The food was delicious and reasonablypriced. Our waitress Brittany was kind and attentive. We are definitely coming back.

The place was clean with friendly service. The food hit the spot. I had the grilled cheese cheeseburger, the sauce was tangy and spicey. My mom had her usual oriental salad and it was just as good as she remembers. My dad had the quest burger which was pretty good.

Sebastian was our server and he was very polite, knowledgeable of the menu and quick with bringing out our foods. Also great job with Mr. Craig the manager for overseeing and making sure we are happy and we will come back to this location which we will tomorrow before we head back to Atlanta thanks for the delicious and tasty food and good customer services. I had the fall-off-the bone Babyback Ribs and they were delicious and as advertised!!!
The facility was clean including the ladies room. And as we left, the Manager checked with us, holding the doir as he asked if we enjoyed our meal.
This isn’t the first time we’ve stopped at this Applebees as we travel down south, and it won’t be the last!

I am shocked on how shockrd the service was and the food was fantastic. Our server’s name started with am S, tall, nice looking black female. February 7 around 6ish. I know my husband too care of her via tip. We ❤️ great service.

I don’t usually go to Applebee’s, but today I found myself out by I 95 and 204 late at night. The service was astounding and the food excellent, most importantly they had a mural on their wall depicting my Alma mater, SSU and AASU. AASU no longer exists because of backdoor shenanigans and was engulfed into GSU, hence the oldest university in Savannah is no more. But, back to Applebee’s, it was wonderful.

The service was so bad, it was comical. Waiter took 2 tries to get the order, not get it right, just take the order. He forgot that he already took it. The food was good and the place was convenient but wow, really bad service. Not just the waiter, the manager, the runners.
