Edit: now there are 5-6!
The workers blocked the drive thru with their cars and locked all doors but there is like 3-4 mcdonalds staff in there just chilling. If you aren’t 24 hrs then just say that………..

It’s Macas, it’s always late at night for me when I order. For what it is, and where it is, they’re crushing it. My food is always what I asked for, payment fast and efficient and hot food quickly. 100% friendly under pressure in a hard job.

The security guard Mr. West and Mr. Skylar Miller have a serious problem with normal people eating in there. The employees take this as how they should act and act completely insane. The only reason I go in there is because it is convenient. I do not have a vehicle or else I would go through the drive up.

The manager of this store honestly not sure what crawled inside of her and died. This store does not offer refills on sweet tea. This Is the only stores in the United States that’s a McDonald’s I’ve been to that does not offer a refill on sweet tea(teabag .16 cent.- lg sweet tea 1.87) But if you want that high fructose corn syrup soda refilled you can have it refilled all day. She was very rude to most of the customers. Even her security guard inside the store said he didn’t know why they didn’t do refills on sweet tea, but they did refills on soda. Can upper management or the owner of this store please fill in why they can’t refill on a $0.16 tea bag? How much does it cost for a bag of Coca-Cola syrup? And what’s the cost difference between a refill on a Coca-Cola and a refill on a 16-cent tea bag? I ordered three big breakfast with hotcakes, they gave us one butter a piece, whenever I ask the lady for extra butter and extra ketchup for the hash browns for three people, she sends me back with two butters and three ketchup’s I send one of the ladies I’m with back up to speak to this manager in Spanish she comes back with eight butters why was this woman treated differently then me? See it’s different when it’s done right in front of your face. This woman acts like she owns the store and she doesn’t ,even she tries to nickel-and-dime sauce packets while every employee drinks free soda and sweet tea all day . That’s her way of cutting corners? I rarely give out three stars. Her blatent disregard needs addressed. Owner please respond. Please show the rest of the world that you’re going to fix this problem.

Went through the drive thru with a mobile order. First they gave me the wrong sandwich and when I say it’s not right, it’s supposed to be a cheeseburger (a double with no onions) he doesn’t check the order and gets me a single. Before I can even clarify he leaves the window and I have to backup to the first window and knock on the glass to get their attention. I show them my emailed receipt and they replace it with a third burger that still has onions on it. This is the worst service I’ve received from this McDonald’s and I’ve been coming here off and on for years. This was handled by a younger Latino manager, I suggest you check your orders before you leave if this man is on the clock.

The food is good, my main complaint today is the fact that no chocolate syrup was put on my mocha frappe.
IF/when I decide to spend a ridiculous amount of money on an iced mocha beverage, in a large size as well, I would hope they could take the couple seconds to put the chocolate syrup on it that it comes with, when putting the whipped cream on. Or at the very least, an explanation as to why there is no chocolate syrup.
Previous visit(s) complaints:
The atmosphere inside is never comfortable to say the least its normally dark inside especially in the mornings. 95% of the negative opinions I have about this Mcdonalds, comes from the woman security guard that usually works in the mornings.
I’ve thought about working here and immediately decided it was a bad idea due to this woman.
I do not wish to talk ill of her, she does her job well, but she also takes things a step way too far. Mind you, the area this mcdonalds is in is a bit dodgy, one cross street is colfax and the other is literally littered with trash and people who have no problem walking up to your car and asking if you want to buy drugs, so I understand the level of security that might be needed to uphold standards here.
That being said, i gave it a few visits to actually make my opinion on the woman security guard to give the benefit of the doubt before posting to let the world know.
First, she is very negative from my perspective, she doesnt make any effort to be friendly, even to the customers. She way she talks to people, is demands, not polite requests.
I’ve seen a woman park in the curbside spot, walk inside to where i was currently at, and the security guard immediately told her she cannot park there, and the woman let her know that her order was originally curbside but it wasnt working on the app so she came inside. And she scolded her, and said that she needed to move immediately because it was impeding their work area. Even though there were other curbside spots open and she was still trying to place an order and be a paying customer. The customer even responded by asking why she was so angry with her for parking there for a few minutes.
A simple solution would have been to politely ask her to move the car as soon as possible. Not to scold the customer or demand her to do things.
Another instance, a man was parked next to me, it seemed to me he was scrolling on the app getting his order together, when the security guard walked up to his car and told him to leave immediately because he had not walked inside yet. She didn’t even ask him why he was there or anything. The man left and she followed his car and made sure he left.
Shes also stared out the windows to the parking lot to the point ive felt very uncomfortable before.
These are just a few things. By all means, she does a good job at her job, but needs to treat customers with more respect.
I hope if she sees what i have to say she can take it as constructive criticism. Because if she could learn to have more respect towards people i would come inside more often, and feel comfortable enough to even apply for a job at this location. Even my roommates and neighbors all agree about the atmosphere because of this woman.
Thanks for reading.

Be careful about this McDonalds, they hire security guards to harass people even after they ordered ordering food and all of that and watching the security guard, harass everybody in the dining area and it wasn’t even half full of people. Then he kept coming up to my table, harassing me because I didn’t go pick up my food yet, and he caused a huge scene. He’s a disgrace getting paid to run off customers and harass people with a fake badge. So I had to walk out and not even pick up my food and will hit up a different store definitely recommend staying away from this one unless you want to be bothered, harassed and discriminated against
