2/28/26-This is one of the few good McDonald’s left. They don’t have the stupid kiosks and they have a person take your order. He was also super nice and helpful. Customer service still lives at a McDonald’s. They also have the soda machines where you get your own drink. The food also tasted above average for a McDonald’s. My message to the owner/manager is “please don’t change.”

First, i want to say I have NEVER seen a mcdonalds this busy since the 90s! It was kid mayhem and families everywhere and the staff were matching the pace like a well oiled machine. After waiting for a bit I realized my order must’ve gotten skipped or handed out somewhere else accidentally.

The manager Lynda was phenomenal! She was so polite, communicated with me about getting the order done, and even tossed in a free sandwich voucher. Staff is top notch, restaurant is clean, and despite the bustling environment they remained committed to providing above and beyond customer service.

I was actually thoroughly surprised at the condition of this place. I have never been here with it being so dirty. Every single table had some kind of trash under it on it or both. The manager was not managing very well and a worker from the back had to step up front and take orders. And when we sat down to eat our order had to go back up because they forgot a piece of our order. Just overall bleh visit.

In my opinion as someone who’s been to multiple states multiple McDonald’s this location is one of the busiest locations in terms of constantly having customers 24/7 but the big thing is they’re quick, they still understand the meaning of ” fast food” you get your order extremely fast compared to a lot of other McDonald’s nationwide and that’s saying something because those locations Everytime I come here field parking lot drive through full and a bunch of people inside but no one seems to be waiting to long usually! The managers do a great job here is refreshing to go to a fast food location and not feel like I’m a sit down location. Great job!

I was trying to redeem my points for a simple Big Mac, but tell me why I took about 20mins for one item…. The workers were polite I just don’t understand the hold up … while I’m waiting, 5 cars pass through drive thru easy… so disappointing.

Went through drive thru it was busy at 2pm on a Thursday. I was asked to park waited 10 min and my food was cold old fries . Order wasn’t correct asked for Mac sauce an pickles on my Hot & spicy got extra mayo NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR.

I frequent McDonalds for hot black coffee. The workers could have at least said the coffee was not fresh or hot. They didnt bother saying anything, so I paid for a cold “hot” coffee. Gross.

Dining in had me waiting 25 minutes, and they didn’t bring my food until I told someone up front how long I had been waiting. I understand it is busy at lunchtime, but I doubt they are making the drive-through customers wait 25 minutes. It’s obvious they are padding their numbers by bumping orders from their service screens, just to look good for management, which renders useless the systems that McDonald’s put in place to avoid this problem.

Really busy is no excuse to give the wrong food and drink order, then say that is what you order. 40 minutes total in the drive thru and waiting area #1. You acted like I did something wrong and I spoke quietly with you about the problem where the 10 customers inside waiting could not hear what I was saying. What I wanted was for you to listen and make it right, how could you even know what I paid for or what I didn’t no receipt for my order and you never looked at the drive up order to see what was on it. I do not recommend doing business here there are two other McDonald’s to get food at who actually care about customer service. Thanks for nothing!
