Until today, I had never EVER had an employee approach me, at a kiosk, while I’m placing an order and ask if I needed any help. Friends, I’m asking YOU, how many of you, like me, have needed SO MUCH HELP ORDERING at these kiosks yet no one is willing to help?! I’ve even gone to the counter for help ordering and I’ve been ignored…ALOT. Y’all, I’m not invisible. My order matters. My kids are always HANGRY & those kiosks don’t care.

Let me tell you that I nearly fainted on the spot when RAUL ERNESTO asked me if I needed any help ordering. Y’all, this southern mama nearly fell out from shock. He came out from behind the security of the counter and actually chose to see me, talk to me, and to be of assistance. And this wasn’t the last or only time he asked if he could help me or assist in any way. This young man stood out from EVERYONE, at ALL THE MCDONALDS, that I’ve EVER BEEN TO, COLLECTIVELY!!!!!!

Since COVID, everything and everyone are less personal, less interactive and less accessible for services that can bring them more customers. In an effort to cut costs, no price can be put on exceptional service such as this. Please go see RAUL, have a relaxing experience and know that you are in good hands with Mr. ERNESTO in house.

Usually everything is fine but almost any weekend I get breakfast at this location I end up getting a sausage egg and cheese biscuit instead of a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. Someone in my house is happy about the free sausage patty but it’s sure not me paying for it

Because I do not want mustard on my burger…I am always pulled out of line to wait to come to the car… Then cold fries, the worst. And if someone behind you with same situation… You have to wait for their order too! I know it is a McDonald’s ‘thing’ now. Worth going elsewhere…

Awful customer service. With redesign of front counter, the employees hide in the back and won’t come out to help customers. It took 20 minutes to get a sweet tea and Diet Coke because of new order systems. We like coming here because they have a great playground for the kids, but I’m always so frustrated with the staff.

9/17/25 10:45pm 2 people on shift, older gentleman and younger woman. They were doing everything. The food was 5/5 perfect temp, clean oil, everything well made. Wait was actually reasonable, under 5 mins definitely. They both need raises and/or promotions immediately. And replace the others that must’ve called in sick and left only the 2 of the them.

Service is hit or miss just like most locations. HOWEVER, I wanted to give a shout out to the manager on the evening shift. Younger guy with curly hair and I believe glasses if I’m remembering correctly. He was very polite and kind. His customer service was beyond helpful. He not only helped me but also the older couple in front of me. Nowadays it’s hard to even order at a counter but he had no issues helping us all. Thanks!
