I would honestly rate this place a -5. We ordered 6 pizzas from here on June 7, 2025 and 2 (so we think) out of the 6 pizzas had fly eggs (MAGGOTS). DO NOT waste your time and money here!

This place needs to hire someone that knows how to work the cash register. I am NEVER charged the price that the menu states ex special pricing (4pm-8pm) And the guy that works there NEVER knows how to fix it..ATP I have just accepted that he’s stealing or their stealing…but either way it’s the closest LC so I really have no choice…tried contacting corporate, of course it’s just a recording

Placed an order including 4 crazy sauces. It was a lot of bread, need the sauce to properly enjoy the bread right?
None of it was there when we got home. Called them and they said it was in the bag with the breadsticks. I had the bag in my hand and it was clearly not in there. I dumped the whole thing on the table. When I tried to tell them, they hung up on me.
Called back and got someone else who said they can’t do a refund for just sauce. Sauce they charge over a dollar for, and we ordered a lot. No other solution was offered other than driving across town again to get more sauce.
Make sure you check your order before you leave if you decide to go here. They don’t know what they’re doing and will blame you when there’s an issue with service.

Extremely poor service! I placed an on-line order at 11:09 for pick up at 12:45. Order was 15 minutes late. When I first walked in, I was told my pizza was in the oven and would be coming out in a few minutes. People who had walked in and placed orders, had their orders first! Moreover, Little Caesars who pride themselves on Hot and Ready Pizzas, had none available at 1:00 PM! The Pizza was actually tasty, but because it was late I rated it 1⭐️! This location has always been hit and miss, and if a business is not ready at opening time, it should be either considered for new management or close!

Although I appreciate Little Caesar’s participating and offering Veterans a free combo from 11-2pm every year, I am really perplexed with what I saw at this location today. Granted, I arrived at 1:59….the young lady at the register tells me they are no longer honoring the Veteran’s special because it ends at 2pm …but It’s 1:59pm… so I asked her…what time do you have?? She said…1:59pm. She asked management if she could honor the special, they obliged(this is the last approval per management) but It’s 1:59pm
. The 3 or 4 Veterans waiting in line were denied the special so they left; It was a minute or so after 2pm by now (unbelievable).
