My previous visits to this location have all been good. But today (29 April) at 11:00 AM they were really struggling. The attached photo is how my burger looked when I opened it. I know it looks like it was dropped on the floor and then tossed into a bag, but we were sitting in the dining area and this is how it was brought to our table. My daughter’s cheeseburger looked similar and our fries were just a bunch of inch-long broken pieces. And I ordered a triple cheeseburger but they gave me a double. Unfortunately there wasn’t enough staff in the dining area to get the problem fixed before we had to leave. There were also a LOT of people standing around waiting a long time for their food. A very bad day for this McDonald’s.

The only reason I’m giving them two stars is because they haven’t poisoned me with their food yet. Since they’ve opened I’ve had a 75 25% chance of getting my food correctly or even edible 75% is wrong. Trying to walk into this location to order is the most impersonal thing I have ever seen. They almost even block all view from the one register that they have in there with no menu listed in the front.

All mcdonalds these days are ridiculous. This one has absolutely no counter for human interaction that part aside. The prices of any McDonald’s is insane two double cheeseburgers and spicy chicken should never be 15 dollars. And then when you order a filet o fish, not only has that sandwich shrunk to the size of an appetizer they only put a half a piece of cheese on it. And when you ask them to put a full slice on it they charge you 79 cents for extra cheese. That’s outrageous just to ask for the other half they left out. I’m sorry McDonald’s your food is exactly the same as it’s always been and is not worth these prices.

This location is consistently bad. We gave it the benefit of the doubt when it was new but there have been no improvements. There’s always something wrong or missing from our order and Running Creek Elementary night was not great. The manager/owner are nice and trying their best but it’s a let down every time we go.

This McDonald’s is the best McDonald’s I have been to! The culture here in Elizabeth is great and everyone is very friendly and serves you with care! I mainly love McDonald’s breakfast and their Mcmuffins are so fresh and well made, has made me think what have I been receiving all of these years before this new one popped up in Elizabeth.

Unaware, I placed an online order for food outside of the normal serving time. They were incredibly accommodating and made our food even though we were outside of the time and in the wrong. We have been multiple times and every time the staff is friendly, food hot and fresh, order always correct and the interior feels modern and cozy and clean. I can say this is one of the top McDonald’s I have ever been to. Keep up the good work!

I’ve never gotten a complete or correct order when ordering from this McDs. They **never** give you sauce that you ask for. They always put what you don’t ask for on your burger. We waited 20+ minutes one time because they lost our order. I don’t understand how this place is so new and so bad already. Management has to step it up, it’s embarrassing.

Can’t ask for more from a McDonald’s. This McDonald’s is brand new and it looks great. Other than a few messed up orders(they had just opened) I haven’t had any issues. It does not have a true walk up window like a traditional McDonald’s does.

The last time we went here it took us 40 minutes to get our food when we went inside, but there was obviously a change in staff because we got our food very quickly and it was awesome!
