I have never had a good experience at this location. I will not be back. There are over 13,000 McDonald’s locations in the US but somehow this location strives to be the absolute worst at all times. It can’t be that difficult getting the burger patty and at least 10% of the condiments between the buns, but they haven’t managed to get it right once in countless visits.
Everyone is rude if you don’t use the app since they physically have to put forth some effort and brain power to take your order, which must be why they can’t seem to manage to construct a hamburger that doesn’t look like it got kicked around the floor before bagging it and tossing it out of the window at you. Kids will be kids but kids used to have a little bit of pride and try-hard when I was younger.
I guess being entitled little snowflakes glued to some sort of social media at all times has killed off the rest of the care and the effort that is going to be severely missed when they fully transition into adulthood. May all of your hamburgers be inside out and a total mess every time you order in the future so you can experience just how frustrating and annoying it is when someone preparing your food can’t take half a second to give a damn.
Quality Control needs to drop by and re-train every single member at this location. Bye, forever. See you never.

Made an online order 15 minutes prior to showing up gave the guy the code at the drive-through. He told me to go the second pick up window so I went to the second pick up window. Next thing you know the guy behind me who didn’t use the mobile app has paid went to the next window got his food and left before I had gotten my food which I had placed an order for 15 minutes prior. There is no point in ordering online if they don’t stagger it correctly. This is not the first time this has happened to me at this location has happened many times before and nothing has ever seemed to care to fix the problem. Wish we got a Chick-fil-A instead of a McDonald’s this place is horrible

I usually order the same burger and EVERY TIME I get a different one. It’s either missing lettuce or tomatoes or something else, if I ask for extra pickles I don’t get them or I do but they don’t put any other vegetable like today. For a fast food restaurant I don’t expect the highest quality but at minimum the same standard. Highly suggest doing some quality control

Went through the drive thru, asked me if I was using the app. I told them I wasn’t. I ordered two burgers and fries before I could add anything else they told me to go to the next window. Couldn’t order any thing else. When handed me my bag it almost fell because of the way it was shoved at me. Poorly made food to say the least. Super rude staff. I was the only one in the damn place so it’s not like they were busy. If you genuinely hate your job that much find a new one cause this one ain’t it and they are terrible at it. I expected more from grown men. Do better.

Ordered a plain burger it even says plain on the ticket sheet attached to the burger and it’s covered in onions horrible at following the most simple instructions. If you want to order something and have them mess it up multiple times this is the place. It wasn’t even busy it was empty and they messed up the literal simplest order ever. Be better McDonald’s. This location does this all the time and it’s always the same screw up. Tons of onions on a plain burger it’s on both sides of the Patty and in the cheese it almost seems deliberate at this point. My daughter always get a large french fry and for some reason it’s never all the way full. Like a quarter of what you pay for is missing. Sometimes only give her a half full. We pay for that but yet they still don’t want to fill it.
