I don’t normally eat at Mcdonalds, The people I was traveling with do so we stopped. I have to tell you the staff here were really awesome. Quick on their feet and were attentive. It is just a McDonald’s no different than anywhere else. Not particularly super clean, but clean enough.

Ordered on the app for drive through pick up. Told them at the order screen then pulled up to the window. Was told I needed to park and wait (ordered 15 minutes before I picked up). I parked then multiple cars got their orders before mine was brought to the wrong car before being brought to mine. Employee bringing food out touched my food inside the bag (fries) and just looked confused. Before leaving I checked my order to find it was completely wrong. Had to go inside to get it all fixed. Did not save time at all. Won’t be back unfortunately.

This is worth negative reviews. Got a quick dinner and ordered the chicken sandwich. Once I got home I noticed my sandwich had a huge MOLDY spot on top and bottom of the bun. The employees putting assembling meals should notice mold. This is disgusting!

The door and website says dining in open till 11pm and drive through 24 hours. We got there before 10pm and were turned away at the door saying we could only use the drive through, they were not letting any more people inside for the night. I asked just to use the bathroom and was told no, we are closing the inside.

It seemed like a nice restaurant. I went through the drive through, the wait was long. When I got to the window, they verified someone else’s order, which I said was not right. I told them what I had ordered and they said they were out. I was almost late for work trying to get breakfast. In the end I went to work hungry. Because it is a chain restaurant, we as people take for granted, that the process will be smooth and we will get what we wanted. That was not the case on this day.

I worked at Mcdonalds when I was in high school, years ago. The food was excellent and from the manager to the front staff we gave excellent customer service always being super nice to the customers because we knew that their business is what paid our pay checks. Your Mcdonalds, your manager which is black is very rude and then your food is not good. Your buns are hard and the fries are brown. Meaning your grease is not being drained and refilled daily. Your drive through person tonight pushed my bag into my hands, not nice at all. I will not be returning to your Mcdonalds just to much unprofessionalism, just to much. I’m so sad about my order tonight and the treatment that I have received from your facility and staff. God Bless people who try and be nice to others. Amen

It’s McDonalds, so I do understand THAT. And, great customer service is generally a luxury of the distant past. I understand that as well. However, the level of rudeness (and inattention) I experienced from the young man(?) taking my drive-thru order was astonishing. I just wanted to enjoy an egg McMuffin without experiencing the rise in blood pressure that the sandwich itself was likely to induce. Sad that I felt compelled to waste 5 minutes venting about the visit.

I don’t normally go to this location. It was mid afternoon I wanted a simple cheeseburger. The restaurant was empty, essentially. I went through the drive thru. Service was fast. The cheeseburger was unrecognizable. No cheeseburger, a couple specks of onions, no pickle. It was not one of their finer moments. I got a few minutes away and had to turn around. I went into the place to voice my displeasure. I asked for a new burger. They actually had to check my receipt. Ugh…if they can’t get the little things right… well… you can finish that thought…
