Have not been here in very long time, maybe 20 years or so. The place looks like it’s stuck in that time period. The entire inside feels like it needs an update.
I went during a slow lunch time when there were only three other tables who all already had their food. Other tables that left prior stayed dirty and nobody ever came to clean them up. Staff just seems lazy and inexperienced.
Food was okay at best. Nothing really tasted like it was made in store. Rolls were horrendously dry. My husbands chicken tasted fine but seemed not cooked enough in the thicker parts of the meat. Cheesy potatoes left more to be desired. Fish platter was just ok.

We were so impressed with our dinner and take out. The waitress that seated us let us know about the specials that included a free appetizer. Couldn’t decide which one we wanted, so we went with our server’s recommendation. Not only did we have the free appetizer that came with 2
Entrees for twenty dollars, we also each had two slices of delicious,banana nut bread.
We also saw the special for takeout cold soup, when we came in. Since it’s supposed to cool off in a couple of days, we decided to try all three soups to take home. Our server packaged everything up with containers of bacon bits, chives, crackers and spoons.
We were more than satisfied and definitely will be back!

We had our Holiday Dinner for 64 people catered by Bob Evans and it was excellent! The food was all delicious and carefully packaged. Turkey, ham, mashed potatoes, corn, cranberry sauce,green beans(best ever), macaroni & cheese, fresh baked dinner rolls, and delicious apple and pumpkin pies. We will definitely be using them again in the future!

Just letting customers know the store doesn’t care about complaints, and neither does corporate. I spent over $100 at this store, had an issues with receiving any of the food, reached out to corporate through email. Weeks later I received a call, I explained everything I already had, provided my address, name, phone number, everything they asked for and months later still have yet to receive anything at all.

I have never been to a Bob Evans and was really hoping it would be good. So we came on Thanksgiving for their Thanksgiving meal. The service was fast food drive thru at best. The food was weird in flavor and consistency. We were polite and tipped. I would never ever recommend this experience. As a first time patron, I have no interest in ever returning. The plate itself cost $19 but add a drink and its now $22+ for a frozen microwave dinner.

I spent over $100 ordering dinner from Bob Evans, and they had the nerve to send me expired cinnamon rolls. That’s completely unacceptable. Now I have no trust in anything else they delivered.

This is a chain restaurant. We had the breakfast. Everything was good. Your typical Chain food selection. bacon and eggs sausage pancakes, french toast, biscuits and gravy. That’s a good Place to stop when traveling or sitting down with friends.

Terrible Service, Bad Food, and Poor Atmosphere
I had one of the worst dining experiences at Bob Evans. From start to finish, everything about this visit was disappointing.
First, our waitress, Ashley, refused to take our food order initially, saying she was “just doing drinks for now.” We were really hungry and wanted to order quickly so our food would arrive sooner, but she declined. After nearly 20 minutes, she returned with our waters and dropped the straws on the table in a dismissive, disrespectful manner—it felt like we were being treated like trash.
Later, I ordered a cold brew coffee, but what I got was a watered-down mix of regular hot coffee, ice, and cream. It was terrible and far from an actual cold brew.
The food was no better. Most of it seemed like reheated frozen items straight out of a bag. The “fresh-baked breads” were clearly not fresh at all. It took 30 minutes just to place our order, and then another 25 minutes to get the food. By the time it arrived, we were already frustrated and unimpressed. We had ordered the 3egg omelet which came with oil sooked home fries and the bread came 10mins later completely burned, by we got served with good omletwe had finished eating our omlet.
To top it all off, the atmosphere was awful. The booths were sticky, like they hadn’t been cleaned in ages, adding to the overall unpleasant experience.
Don’t trust the high ratings for this place. This was a complete waste of time and money, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and steer clear of this restaurant.
