Breakfast was good and packed well for the first time it didn’t look like they just threw it in the bag…but can’t say the same for my coffee…It don’t even taste like coffee anymore…It’s all milk or watered down coffee!!. Coffee is sopposed to taste like coffee. This is sweet milk!! Kinda not good at all!!

Waited for over 20 minutes for my food and when it was brought out to me it was missing items. I sent my son in to get the missing items and I have been here for a total of 35 minutes. Not sure if the manager or the employees are incompetent but it has been the worst customer experience in years.

Waited in line for 25 minutes for breakfast when I got to the menu bored to order it was a minute passed breakfast time and I was told I could no longer order breakfast. They didn’t not even offer and apology they just said they were under staff and there was nothing they could do. Then when I got to the window I was told to park because they still needed to cook items for lunch. This was honestly such a frustrating experience and I really hope you guys do better.

Today at 4:00pm September 25 I went in to redeem a damn coupon card I was given for bad service
There Were two female managers on shift!.
I was not able to get their names all I know the first one with long curly hair was rude and unprofessional!!!
She did not like me telling her that the cashier charged me for the food that was supposed to be free with the coupon card
And this is how she handed me my order even the two burgers I did pay for. No mayo, no lettuce no nothing on them they need to go back and get training on how to treat their customers and how to do their job properly!!
Disgusting place !! Never again !! But I am going to make sure this gets to the proper place to be taken care of!. They don’t even deserve one ⭐!!

Every time I come here something is wrong from missing items, having another customers order, or my frappe that I ordered curbside pickup coming out 15 mins later and watered down. The restaurant is never clean there are always crumbs, napkins and, straw paper everywhere.

Don’t call them and let them know they didn’t fulfill your order. They’ll hang up, and then leave it off the hook for about ten minutes. Then, don’t ask the girl working the front for the name of the manager. She doesn’t know, and has no name tag either. Accountability at it’s finest.

45 minutes not one person came to clean up sitting areas. Service and cleanliness were terrible. Families are clearing tables to sit. Store is not even busy enough not to stand around and laugh and loudly talk about person life matters. Manager doesn’t care to act like she was concerned that I had no where to sit. Even after I asked to clean off a table for our family to sit she stood against the coffee machine area and just crossed her arms. 5 minutes after getting our food was a table finally cleared by a girl who wiped the chairs before our table. How unsanitary. After eating I was disgusted at how most tables were filthy and never saw a person come sweep all the food on the floor. Most employees were just talking and laughing near the drive through window. Somebody needs fix this. It’s getting worse and worse through the months. Also unable to find how trash cans can be so disgusting. One bag of trash was changed during my visit. As you can tell she thought it to disgusting to even close the door. What is going on!
