I had an Uber Eats pick up here. They said that the order had already been picked up. I contacted the customer the customer said they had not received the order. So I informed the store and they go nothing I can do in a very rude tone. McDonald’s orders are frequently stolen by drivers. So if I contact the customer and the customer tells me they did not receive it the store should remake the order. It was just the person’s tone of voice that really got to me.

I enjoyed my food l, though I hate what McDonald’s model is like now. You can’t get your own refill, you can’t even get your own ketchup anymore. The interior is nice enough and there’s a okay area that looks good. It’s kind of like the company wants people to just use their drive through so they don’t have to deal with the dining customers.

This McDonald’s needs some serious quality control. Whatever Happy meals advertise, you will always get the one from two months ago. They never have enough of whatever the current one is. The app rarely works at this one although it works at all the others. They somehow managed to mess up the easiest orders. Today I ordered a nugget kids meal for my kid, with extra fries instead of apples. Of course that instruction was ignored and on top of it there was no nuggets in the nugget meal lol. Whoever manages here really needs to intervene. I highly suggest everyone go north just a little bit to Midway or South to 80th if you want your order done right.

I stopped ordering in person at this McDonald’s because my order was almost always wrong and they would have attitude about fixing it. So I started ordering online to avoid the bullshit. But now they can’t even get my online orders right and it’s incredibly frustrating because I just seem to always have problems at this McDonald’s and it’s the closest one unfortunately. Recently during breakfast a manager gave me such a hard time about a missing item I offered him to search my vehicle. He gave me a free meal card thing but dam. Just take accountability for yalls mistakes. Train people better or SOMETHING.

Kiosk ordering was confusing. Atmosphere seemed sterile. No napkins or straw dispensers, no ketchup or soda dispensers. Nice kid delivered food to table. Had qtr pounder meal. Also had big Mac meal which needed a lot more sauce on it. FF were good.

I went to have breakfast and the employees were all in the kitchen laughing and talking and ignoring me and the other guests.my order was wrong so I talked to Maria Venegas.the manager and she didn’t solve the issue she star arguing with me. I asked for a glass of water and nobody responded in the kitchen, nobody in the front desk for like 4 minutes. Very unprofessional behavior. Good luck with your mediocre employees.

Went through the drive through with mobile order. A breakfast burrito and iced coffee. Figured it would be quick. I was one of the first people in line. As I came to the 2nd window he quickly dismissed me and told me to go to the next window, I politely asked for a receipt, everyone in there ignored me except one young man he grabbed my receipt for me and I went to the next window. 15 minutes later I had to pull around to the front and go inside. Told them I’ve been waiting for 15 minutes, she dismissed me and said her employee went looking, which makes no sense. I asked her if there was something they could do since I wasted 20 minutes at this point for two items, she said hold on, comes back and says she can’t find the discounts but that her name was Veronica so here I am making this review. The iced coffee was good though I give them that. But I watched them serve 10 people immediately after making me pull up so I was just extremely confused On what was different in my order, or were they mad I asked for my receipt. If I didn’t have my receipt i wouldn’t have been able to go in and let them know I was still waiting. Crazy store.

Being cash only on a Friday night is insane. Even more insane when I explain that I have $3 in cash (but have venmo, zelle, etc) and they can’t even help me find something on the menu to order at all. Just close the restaurant if you can’t accept payments.

This McDonald’s location does not seem to be able to keep the food quality consistent especially the fries. One day you could get over cooked fries, soggy on another day and or not cooked enough. If you are looking for a McDonald’s fresh and crisp fries I would look elsewhere.
