Today, at McDonald’s, located at Smoky Hill and Arapahoe, I had placed a online order. I had my 11 year old granddaughter run inside to get it. As she was waiting, a group of teenagers crowed around her. She asked management for help as she was very uncomfortable. The man behind the counter that she asked for help just stared at her and ignored her. When the order was finally called, my granddaughter took the food. As she asked if this was our online order , the man used a very irritatited tone towards her. As she was walking away she noticed a part of the order was wrong, she went back to the counter to ask for them to fix it. The same man who gave her the food, then very aggressively yanked the bag from her hands and used a inappropriate tone and yelled at her. This is what you ordered. Instead of showing and pointing out the order was correct. That the mistake was on our side.
None the less, this man was extremely rude and unprofessional. He seemed to be put out with other customers as well.
My grand daughter deserves an apology. We won’t be visiting this McDonalds again.

I came here for the first time with my kid for breakfast. And I’m seriously never coming to this location again! We simply ordered 2 sausage McGriddles and 2 hash browns and waited in line for 25mins!! There were about 10 employees working there and we still waited 25mins for our order! The person taking our order was pretty rude to all of us. I understand that there was a lot of customers were kids from the high school but there’s no reason to give attitude towards them either. We were simply waiting for our orders that took 25mins and maybe more for others! I noticed even some of the kids were waiting ever longer than us just for their frappes. Which they got melted. Not cool. I don’t recommend coming here at all.

Horrible service. You get yelled at for their own mistakes. I ended up receiving someone else’s order and the window lady lost her mind when I asked her for my actual order. Next thing you know, she starts cursing at me. It all wouldn’t have happened if someone would’ve actually responded initially at the mic after I insisted for a while, but instead got greeted by their incompetent staff who got it all mixed up at the first window. PS there’s always a gang of teenagers hanging around the parking lot, which makes it hard to move around.

Im sick and tired of this location constantly screwing up our order. We order a hamburger and they are so lazy they just grab an old soggy cheeseburger that I CANT EVEN EAT BECAUSE I CANT HAVE CHEESE! So tired of the incompetence. Hire new people and new management because this location is a disappointment every time now.

After ordering a large order which cost $44 and change I was asked to park to wait for it. It was 40 chicken nuggets, 3 cheeseburgers, 2 large fries, 2 mcdoubles, 1 mcdouble no onions or mustard, 1 filet fish meal with no tarter sauce. I don’t mind waiting because it was a large order. When the manager brings it out, I realize the filet fish, and the special order mcdouble are missing, and there are only 3 sauces for the nuggets. Before I could ask for more sauce the manager leaves to get the other missing food, so she has to go back to get the sauce. When I get home the filet fish has tartar sauce, but no cheese. They can’t put all of the food together, and they obviously can’t read the special order slip, yet they think they should make $15 or more hourly??? Don’t waste your time at this McDonald’s!!!!
