I am writing to express my concern regarding a recent experience at your drive-thru location.
During our visit, the employees working the drive-thru appeared more focused on joking with one another than taking customer orders. When placing my order, I specifically requested fresh fries and no ketchup on my burger. Upon receiving the food, it was immediately clear that the fries were cold. I returned them to the employee at the window and politely asked for fresh fries as requested.
At that point, the bag was snatched out of my hand, and I was met with an eye roll and an obvious attitude from the employee. Due to this interaction, we pulled into a parking space, and my husband went inside to speak with the manager on duty. Unfortunately, the manager responded with the same dismissive attitude rather than addressing the situation professionally.
We generally avoid this location because of repeated poor customer service from the staff, but it was especially disappointing to see the same behavior reflected by management. Managers should be setting an example and maintaining a structured, professional environment, not mirroring unprofessional behavior.

Honestly I thinks McDonald’s needs to be shut down. I always try to give this one a chance because it’s close but I’ve seen so many red flags. One everytme I’ve gone to the bathroom and there was an employee using the bathroom I never have seen them wash their hands and that’s like 4 separate before the outbreak that got people sick. I’ve even watched to see if one of them was at least going to wash their hands in the kitchen and she started bagging fries . Also on December 4th 2025. We had ordere Uber Eats from that same location (yes I was desperate) and it was around midnight and we waited an hour and still no food. We went up there and automatically the night manager which was a just a light skin Hispanic woman with black hair and a bun lied and said that the food was there because it wasn’t the location and we showed her it was on our phone and we just wanted the food. She told us that we had to deal with Uber Eats and that she didn’t have the Oder but it showed it was never picked up and the kitchen wasn’t even done with the order. So we said we wanted to cancel the order. After she lied we waited in the parking lot for this so called driver and when they got there they had canceled it before the driver got there after we told her about it. But they first lied and said they never had it. And the rude attitude for us just wanted the same food we paid for. I’ve tried calling to complain but they won’t answer. She is horrible and lying to paying customers is bad for business. But honestly the workers aren’t clean so beware unless you have good health insurance.

This McDonald’s location is absolutely unacceptable. The manager on duty was extremely rude and dismissive when I asked for assistance with my missing drinks it was clear my request was seen as an inconvenience. The manager who has long hair with dark spots on her face who and claims to be the GM displayed even worse behavior, setting a terrible example for her staff. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of respect and professionalism from leadership. If management can’t treat customers or employees with basic courtesy, it reflects poorly on the entire establishment. I will not be returning until this location improves its management and customer service standards.

Waited 90 minutes went through 3 dashers just for them to wait for DoorDash to cancel the order for them. I always have issues with this location. If it’s not able to operate in a capacity to serve food. Why is it still open? Terrible staffing and problems all around.

This has always been our neighborhood McDonald’s, and we’ve never had any issues until tonight. The young man taking care of the drive-thru orders (Erickson) was very rude. I’m not sure if he was having a bad day or just didn’t want to work, but there is no reason to speak to customers that way.
Additionally, the ladies working in the front kept saying “verga”, which is extremely inappropriate and offensive—especially to customers who speak and understand Spanish.
Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I hope management addresses this behavior so it doesn’t happen again..

This McDonald’s is honestly the worst I’ve ever walked into. The employees are extremely rude, giving dirty looks and treating customers like garbage. The entire place is filthy, and the food is ALWAYS soggy and disgusting no matter what time you go. LORD whoever is in charge is, do better!!
This used to be my favorite location, but now I’d rather save my money than deal with this mess. It’s so dirty what happened to this place??? Absolutely horrible.

I have delivery pickup with Uber I’m waiting 20 minutes no anyone said anything finally I’m asking for help old woman she can’t speak English I think she is manager I don’t know how Become manager.?!
She tell me order pickup by someone else and start Yelled at me
And very dirty I see her she touch she is hair and touching food and employee very lazy and rude and knows how they are management this restaurant MacDonald have take care for business and I see to many complain and very bad service

really disappointing that I tend to wait for a ridiculous amount of time when ordering inside on multiple occasions. I work near by and go here for lunch a lot. I spend almost my entire lunch break just for some fries and a spicy sandwich. I did not get acknowledged either.

I come here every week at least 2 times a week. My daughter absolutely loves that their play place is finally open. It is always clean and not over run. The staff is friendly and very accommodating.
