Absolutley terrible. Night manager cant even put in an order right and refuses to change or fix when you explain what you actually asked for. I’ve never had bad service at a McDonald’s, but this one is terrible.

The music was great. The fries were fresh but I had the double quarter pounder and it wasn’t the best. You can tell the hamburger wasn’t fresh and the presentation was kinda sloppy when I opened it.. The onions on my hamburger you can tell was going bad, there wasn’t no taste to it.

Worst service ever. Tried to tell me that what I got wad standard on a large frappe. Girl at the payment window was on her phone sat at the speaker for 10 minutes because of it. Staff having a great time but Scrappy customer service. Bring the all male crew back.

The food is fast food, so nothing exceptional. I stopped by here 12/19/2025 at just past 5pm. The individual taking my order over the drive thru speaker was less than enthusiastic, which in and of itself isn’t a problem, but when I got to the first window to pay she slammed the window open, barked the price, snatched my card, gave it back and all but slammed the window back closed. I was going to make a comment to the employee handling the food at the second window, but he was just as friendly, if not worse. Pretty much shoved the drinks and food my way, and the few words he spoke to me were in a straight up rude tone. So. That’s fun.
The only positive is that the interactions were brief, I guess.

The crew at this location is always 100% solid. It’s the same employees and they always knock it out of the park. The food is as good as McDonald’s can be always hot. Never stale. I will not go to any other McDonald’s location thanks for being great guys

Ordered a double hamburger *no cheese* and plain and two number one combos on 11/19/25 at 11:30am. Simple enough. We got a double cheeseburger with FOUR pieces of cheese and were missing one of our combos altogether. It was a simple order – what the heck?? We are down $15 because of their idiocy. Seems like the staff at this location can make fries and put lids on sodas and anything more is just too difficult for them to manage.

Every time i go my sausage with egg combo is always a different price today it was 11.85 and the girl with the ugly green and white bow in her hair is always rude. I did not get a receipt but i will never return there ever again. Had to wait 4 min for ice cold food. Girl with the ugly bow sucks at customer service. Do better !

Today the Grinch meal was released and advertised in their drive up, I requested it and they told me they had to check? They she said they computer is not programed for that, I said it is advertised out here as released today. I asked again for the grinch meal she told me they cannot give me the grinch meal. I place an ordered for something else and as I am driving around to the front a customer walks out carrying the Grinch meal box. Liars. I am so mad, they lied to me. I was looking forward to that fun take on McDonald’s.

I ordered a cheeseburger with no pickles, a large fry and a 10pc chicken nugget at the drive through. I had to go inside because they didn’t give me the burger I ordered. Maybe the employees should focus their jobs rather than the coworker they are speaking to. (No this conversation was not work related). Unfortunately, the only competent workers I have encountered at this location work the night shifts. If that is not a personal preference, I strongly advise those workers be swapped for day shifts.
