I’m beyond fed up with this McDonald’s. I’m a regular here, and almost every single time my order is WRONG. It’s gotten so bad that I’ve lost count of the mistakes.
Today alone they messed up TWICE — they forgot my small fries with the $5 meal and they added cheese when I specifically said NO cheese. How hard is it to read an order?
Every time I bring it up, the staff act clueless instead of fixing the problem. It’s not just frustrating, it’s careless and dangerous. One day someone with an allergy is going to get hurt because of how sloppy this place is.
Management clearly doesn’t care, so I’m making this review here to hopefully get some type of help or attention, because nothing is being done at the store level. This is the only McDonald’s in town, but it’s hands-down the worst experience I’ve ever had at any McDonald’s anywhere. This is ridiculous and unacceptable.

I called today at 11:38 . I called 3 times and the employee hang up on me it was a man. I asked for the manager and he just laughed along with a girl’s voice that I could hear in the background and he hang up on me again. What type of customer service is this? What type of food they are serving to customers. All I can see a very irresponsible group of employees.

Arrived before the posted 11:00 PM closing time after making a special trip. The lobby was already closed, so we went through the drive-through and were told they were closed as well, even though it was not yet 11. When we pointed this out, staff ignored us. Closing early and refusing service before posted hours is unacceptable. Very poor customer service.

This McDonald’s is nothing more than a JOKE. I can’t believe an employee, at that a general manager, raised her voice and was so RUDE AND CONDESCENDING towards my mom a VETERAN of the US army….. literally ON Veterans Day. This is a very disturbing and frankly wrong that people choose to be this way to veterans and elderly people.

Is a good place, but it seems they don’t have breakfast or if they do they don’t respect the times for it, the manager was nice, but is always busy, the girl in the counter is not as nice.
