Exlines in Raleigh on Austin Peay is not what they used to be with the ingredients. I ordered the around the world pizza, the cook put more bell peppers and onion on it, I couldn’t taste the sausage or the pepperoni. I should have followed my first mind and went to Broadway pizza on Broad. They got the best pizza, give you more meat on your pizza for the money you spent. Im going to use my points with Exlines then I’m DONE with them. EXLINES no more. Y’all a big disappointment.

The only reason I gave Exlines on Austine Peay 2 instead of 1 star was because the young lady at the register was very polite and understanding. I went to the Austin Peay location today 10-3-25 I ordered a beef and pepperoni pizza for lunch at wrk today and this is what they gave me. The cook seriously came to the window and said that they weigh the ingredients now on a scale. If they are going to give out pizzas like this it defeats the purpose if going to Exlines. Ill just drive the extra few minutes and go to Broadway atleast they still put toppings on the pizzas. Im nt saying he has to pack and overload toppings but atleast make it look like the Exlines pizza the city is used to. Otherwise just close the store and quit wasting people’s time. The 2nd Pic is if the lady who came after me pizza. Its sad just close it on down.

I ordered food at the beginning of the day and scheduled it for pickup in the early evening. I got a text midday saying my food was ready for pick up. When I noticed the text well after I recieved it, I called to tell them my pizzas are not supposed to be ready yet. They said no worries. They were not made and that someone cleared them out of the system but they have my order. When I went to pick up my pizzas at scheduled time, they were confused by my order being cleared from the system and so they never made my pizzas. They blamed the previous shift. After sitting there for 35 minutes waiting for my pizzas to be made, I started wondering what was taking so long and so I went to the counter to get another ETA. The same lady acted like she never has seen me before and asked if I was there to pick up or place. I told her I was the same guy that had been waiting for over a half hour on my late pizzas. The pizzas were done. For how long? I have no idea because they didn’t bother to let me know. So the experience sucked. I rate the atmosphere low too because whether it was the customers or the employees, it smelled like weed in there. The employees seemed easily confused, so I wouldn’t be surprised if it was them. Lastly, the pizzas were absolutely delicious. So there’s that. I just will go to another location in the future.

First they gave my order to the wrong driver with Uber Eats..then reordered and it was horrible. I’m done with Exlines. The pizza is just not good anymore. They scrimp on ingredients and the bbq chicken pizza tastes funny. They were also not well done as I requested. They used to have the best sausage. I could barely find it on my pizza. Manager here was nice about what happened to my first order but doesn’t change the taste or quality of the pizza. They just need to shut down because they are no longer Exlines. I’m not sure about the Elvis Presley location. They were the best and I ate there frequently when I worked for FedEx and retired now. The mgr Vaughn at that location knew how to cook.

I called and placed my order and told them to make sure they added pepper’s and olives and they didn’t. This is my 3 time calling and asking for it and when it’s picked up they never give it to the driver. They blame it on the door dash or person picking it up the pizza. But I called and told them what I wanted and to make sure it’s added to the order. So disappointed so I had to make a complaint. Pizza was very skimpy won’t order from them anymore. I would rather drive to Bartlett and know it will be right and hot. So disappointed in the Raleigh location.

I grew up with my parents bringing these pizzas home at night. I ate there the other day and it’s still got the original taste but prices are a little steep. Plenty seating and clean great service but the family feel was missing and that’s what they had as I remember times change.
