I think this is a great McDonald’s. Also believe that as it is connected to the filling station Love’s it’s very convenient. The staff is wonderful and it’s very clean. This is a 24-hour location which makes it very convenient for anybody traveling or passing through. there’s no time limit for those who are networking, and there’s no one here to hassle you for overstaying you’re welcome, they simply welcome you as you are and wish that you would stay longer.

Every time I order double quarter pounder meal #3 I add bacon and never get it. People that make food cannot read English. A 20 dollar meal is expensive for fast food. I require to get order correctly at those rates. Please get rid of people that can’t read English because it is imperative to know in service industry of food. I will no longer be a customer at a place where a burger cannot be made correctly as ordered. Sorry I take my money somewhere else.

I walked in for takeout and then went through the drive-thru for the Buffalo wraps. They were so good. I was starving. My only meal of the day was two two visits to the same place without leaving thoroughly. Enjoyed my Big Mac meal And substitute the drink for a shake cuz a small upgraded which is great and my next visit was through the drive-thru to the same McDonald’s and my two Buffalo wraps for my second meal . The visit was just what I needed and right on time I was hungry and didn’t want to wait at all. Thank goodness It was in my hand within 4 min. It had been awhile since I visited McDonald’s. I don’t know why and I’m glad I went and I had no clue they had so many different things in the menu. Y’all should check it out yourself and enjoydome new to me anyway, as much as I did ❤️.

Poor customer service and dirty dining room. Took about 20 min just to get a double cheeseburger. No one is at the register or even wants to get close to it due to them not wanting to deal with customers. Food is always warm and not hot, burger is sloppy like a 4yr did it. Won’t be coming back here again…

Very poor customer service, no one attentive to front register and leave customers trying to pay cash or because kiosk didn’t work.. Then manager starts rudely start speaking another language in front of you to complain about the customer. Plain and rude manager- left without a coffee that I waited patiently for 15min or longer for.

For spending 20$, ridiculous. I asked for no whip cream, extra chocolate drizzle. When they gave me my order, had whip cream, missing half the drink. I told them I asked for no whip. They bring them back again just to scoop put the whip cream, I told them im missing half the drinks and they tell me “oh its the machine ” which is wrong because I get my frappes like this ALL the time and my cup is full. Then proceeds to say well it that better, no. It’s not. Waited 25 mins for two coffees, and two burgers.

Stood there in an empty restaurant for 10 minutes to be presented with this “fudge sundae” since you now cannot get a cone(?) Ice cream dripping down the side, all over my hands before ever getting a bite. Absolutely horrible quality control. Your staff is surely worth what they’re paid and not a penny more. Please hurry up with robots that replace the incompetent staff you have.
