Can anyone tell me why they can’t give you the monster burger in the drive thru at midnight? Something about can’t serve you that try! I did get it but probably because I was getting frustrated as to what a damn “try” means and why you can’t get it in the drive thru. This is only my second time at this restaurant chain and it felt like to much work ordering it. But after getting the food from the friendly employees I was really happy with the burger. I’ll come back.

I usually have “The CookOut” whenever I visit Alabama. I enjoy there shakes the most since they have 40+ flavors. I ordered the oreo mint shake but I love the eggnog shake the most but it’s only served during the holidays.

Wasn’t for me. Everything tasted cheap and blandthe bun was especially disappointing. It tasted like the kind of plain, dollar store white bread with no glaze, no toast, no flavor… just dry and soft with nothing going on. The chicken sandwich was just a plain piece of chicken with a small squirt of BBQ sauce and one pickle. It honestly reminded me of school cafeteria food. The fried items tasted like frozen store-bought stuff, nothing stood out. Portions were really small especially sides, and the food wasn’t hot enough. We came because we sometimes see it busy assumed it must be good, but both my husband and I were disappointed. Sweet tea was okay, but we won’t be coming back.

No sauces, soda machines water down, wait was over 30 minutes while people after us had food. This restaurant had no sauces, and the serving sizes are too small. A reg burger looks like a kids meal, a reg fry is only 7 fries. Very disappointed.

Food is really affordable and really tasty. I wouldn’t worry about the service. They can be busy, but it’s worth the wait. The fact they give you the main food, with 2 sides, is really good.
Didn’t cost me that much, and it’s enough for myself to get me full. Go for the chili hotdog.
The inside is pretty quiet and chill. Bathrooms are clean.

I ordered the barbecue pulled pork sandwich meal. It was kind of dry with very little barbecue sauce. The milkshake was very good as I had the strawberry cheesecake. They were out of bananas, so they couldn’t make the banana pudding milkshake. There was a sign over a door that said something like “welcome guests”, so I presumed it to be the restrooms, but it was actually the door to the kitchen. Overall I would visit again if in the area.

The burgers are awesome. Tastes like they were cooked in your backyard grill. Shake are thick and taste great. Fries are fried just right. All around amazing!

We stopped here a the way home, and the food was just ok. This is the first time I’ve tried this location, and maybe it was an off day for the cooks. We got burgers, fries and and hush puppies along with cheer wine. The hush puppies tasted like straight up grease, but smelled strongly of onions. The fries were a bit too crunchy. The drinks were filled all the way up with ice – I’m not sure if this is a corporate thing (the other cookouts I’ve gone through the drive-thru did the same thing). On the upside the staff were cordial.
