I couldn’t go without editing my previous post after my wonderful experience at McDonald’s tonight. And I mean that sincerely at almost midnight tonight I was picking up an Uber delivery order and I had the pleasure of meeting Gabby and Mia at McDonald’s when picking up a customer’s order. It was very obvious that all three of us were Beyond exhausted you could see it in our faces. Of course none of us said a word but this evening a person’s customer service went above and beyond and I felt that she needed to be recognized. Even though it was past the time she was supposed to get off a young lady by the name of Mia went the extra mile to help me place an order and pick up an order after a very long day and I couldn’t be more grateful. If there were more young ladies like Mia and Gabby the world would be a better place. They were both kind and encouraging at just the right time.

IF i could leave a review with a negative score by all means i absolutely would. I unfortunately gave this establishment another attemt to redeem themselves and as no surprise it was a disaster. The manager on duty seemed no purpose and it’s merely taking up space. I frequent McDonald’s often. For the most part their staff is friendly and efficient. However this morning the young lady that was taking orders was beyond rude I drove to the speaker in the Drive-Thru I gave her my mobile app code and she asked for my order. Because she was in too big of a hurry and not listening she failed to add both items to my order. Upon arriving at the drive-thru window I informed her that the price did not include my sausage biscuit. She responded an insisted that I had not ordered it. She then went on to complain and state that it would mess up the order of the cars. An inconvenience to her. I explained to her that she just misheard. She was rude and abrasive. Some friendliness in the mornings would go a long way. It’s hard to start your day off to begin with much less when someone’s being rude and hateful.

I returned because my order was incorrect. My large French vanilla caramel iced coffee wasn’t made properly in which I paid additional surcharge for the Carmel but I corrected it no problem, and I paid for extra sausage but only received one patty.

However, when I return agitated the staff advised me that both sausages are underneath the egg. If I knew this was the bikini bottom I should’ve at least been handed a script.

One employee, an older gentleman, handled the situation professionally and helped resolve it, which I appreciated.

However, this is not the first time I’ve paid for extra items here and didn’t receive them. $.50 to $1 doesn’t seem like a lot but when thousands of people aren’t receiving what they pay for but just brushing it off. When customers are charged for things they don’t get, even small amounts, it adds up and becomes a serious issue.

Upper management within this franchise needs to address this. If this continues, It only takes one person to file a lawsuit over these practices. Accuracy and accountability matter, and customers deserve to receive what they pay for.

Our food was ok, but not outstanding. Our large order of fries was only filled halfway when we received it. McCrispy chicken was a bit overdone, and we did not receive the ranch dipping sauce that we ordered with nuggets. We also didn’t receive one of two drinks that we ordered, and had to go back to the counter to ask for it…where I made eye contact with two employees who avoided helping me for about 2 minutes. One finally came to ask what I needed and after getting the drink for me, made no eye contact or apology for the mistake. What happened to customer service with a smile?

If I could give their service a 0 I would. Very upset! Got our order completely wrong and forgot to put one of drinks on the order. When we asked them they questioned us as if we were trying to get a free drink. After haggling us at the pickup window she finally took payment (claiming she had no register to take payment and tried to send us back through the line) and gave us our other drink. After getting home and opening the bag we did not get anything we order. Guess it’s our fault should’ve checked the bag.

Stopped by on a road trip to Lubbock. Very slow drive through line. It wasn’t busy but for some reason the drive through line took 15 minutes. Stopped by thinking it would be quick. Also, it’s the type of drive thru where you’re trapped and can’t drive off if you wanted to.

There was problem with everything in my order and I only ordered 3 items.
2 cheeseburgers no bun no cheese, because I can’t have gluten or dairy. They came without the bun and covered in cheese. Had to back through the driver through to get it fixed. When it came back to me finally, it was in one container (always get 2 containers when I order 2 unless burgers) and looked very sloppily thrown in there, like the person who made it was frustrated that I asked for food that won’t make me sick.
The other item I ordered was an iced tea, half sweet half unsweet. It was just unsweet and no straw.

Just make sure to check your food before you leave if it is a take out, my kids apple slices were rotten and they didn’t notice I will guess but they need to put more attention. I’m glad we always check their food but I know sometimes we as parents might just handle the food to kids thinking what could be wrong and a baby or toddler will just start eating their food. I went inside and told a manager and I only got it replaced but still no comment as saying sorry it was like whatever for the employee.

Slow. Incompetent staff. Takes 15 minutes and nobody knows where to take food. Sooo. Don’t stop here on your drive. The staff will then argue about how the other staff member was wrong. I don’t care about the employees complaining they told me wrong info. That’s their problem.
