This has to be one of the best McDonald’s locations in MD. I always do a mobile order and the food at this location is always fresh, the customer service is always good, the ambiance inside is always pretty chill and plenty of seating, and they pay attention to specific order requests like “no salt” on burgers and fries, which is a HUGE deal for me. Yesterday I tried the new Cheesy Jalapeno Bacon Double QP with no salt and the burger was fresh and tasted really good! However, I am not a huge fan of cheese sauce and would just prefer a regular bacon double QP lol.

We stopped by this McDonald’s tonight on our way to Reagan National Airport, and I ordered 10 nuggets. I took one bit and knew something wasn’t right. I told my husband to take a bite to see if my taste buds were fooling me. He said, “No, those tastes spoiled!” So it was just as I thought they ARE spoiled. I can’t go back because we will be too late to pick up baby girl from the airport. So here I am still hungry… not happy!

This was a bad experience. They do not allow you to pour your own beverage if you get iced tea. The server did not fill the cup so I asked if I could get a full cup. The manager came out and said its full, very dismissively. I told him if he was not going to fill my cup then take it back and give me a refund. Not sure what happened to the customer is always right but did not apply here. He gave me my refund for the beverage but was also giving me the evil eye as if he wanted to do something to me. When I asked why he was looking at me that way he replied that I had an attitude. I then told him to take it all back and refund the whole thing. At this point I was angry and might have said some things but. In my opinion deservedly so.

Nuggets were warm, not fresh made. Burger was delicious. The map app said it was closed but once we got to it we saw a sign saying Open 24. Another location few miles away said “open”. So something is wrong with the business hours information.

I don’t know how this place has any good ratings. I placed a mobile order before breakfast was over, got in line before breakfast was over, got to the speaker BEFORE breakfast was over. I was told to wait. So I did, by the time I was waited on it was 11 on the dot. So they couldn’t retrieve my order, because breakfast was over.

This store will consistently give you half full fries. Never fails that the fries are barely full. Which is incredibly frustrating because you pay $5 for a large fry just to get a half full container. Well then, charge me $2.50 for it and then 5 when you feel like filling it up.

Ordered through my app for counter pick up because the line in the drive thru was long. The employee, might have been a manager because he was dressed differently, was rude. I was trying to telling him about my order showing ready but he seemed like he didn’t want to be bothered. Then when he did help it was rush, even another person who was waiting said they were rude as she walked out.

Attitude is trash at the drive thru. That cowardly so-called man spoke rudely to us for waiting till the drive thru opened, which was closed around 3:47am and the lady said they wouldn’t for a few minutes and she was not sure if they’d open at the hour. I simply told her I didn’t mind waiting. Ten minutes later his punk azz starts shouting over the intercom and talking rudely because I didn’t leave. I spent all night with my husband waiting for the coroner and funeral home to show up for his mother so on the way home when he said he was hungry that’s all I wanted to do for him and waiting for the restaurant to open was not an issue for me but that punk b!!ch inside didn’t care and he didn’t come outside when we rolled up to the window and called him out. To hell with this McDonalds for having this trash running shop. Zero stars!
