Tulia has a Loves travel stop and they have a McDonald’s. I know it’s 20 minutes out. But they actually care about their customers. It’s worth the drive. Food there is perfection. Just saying don’t eat in Plainview.

Can I say this is the best McDonald’s and so not being biased because I’m a local. The service is SUPER fast, it’s efficient, 98/100 times your order is going to be perfect. The staff is personable and fix any order that is wrong quickly. On occasion the fries may not be fresh BUT you can ask them for fresh fries and they’ll replace your old ones for new ones. When I go north or south or anywhere, I’m expecting service to be as freaking awesome as ours… sadly, it usually isn’t! Stop by, it’s a great McDonald’s!

Did a mobile order, and when I bit into my burger it was undercooked (raw). I took it back into the McDonalds and they replaced the burger, but offered nothing for the inconvenience, and acted like me coming back for replacement was inconveniencing them! Be careful when eating here, and make sure your meat is fully cooked. I’m disgusted and disappointed!!!

I love McDonald’s but my last experience was horrible
We asked for no pickles and onions..they put both then I asked when sent back easy on sauce mustard.
They did not remake our burgers they simply just scrapped them off.
Didn’t notice till I got home I live like 45 minutes away.
This is Plainview Texas.
So simply paid for food just to throw away.

McDonald’s is McDonald’s. It was ok always is. The reason behind the 3 star is when we went through the drive-through the person was speaking so fast we could not understand her when we placed our order she was a little rude and condescending. Face to face at the window she was fine. I say slow down and speak clearly.

Senior coffees are still just 50¢!! Every time my aunts and grandma are in town I’m able to delight them all with those delicious 50¢ coffees made exactly to their individual liking and not one time has any McDonald employee ever frowned or even questioned me about ordering 4 senior coffees. (I’m 47 years old and like to think I don’t pass for a senior just yet.) Thanks Plainview McDonalds employees for giving me the benefit of any doubt!

Entered location (inside Walmart) to find 1 cashier. She greater with bland enthusiasm and little shown desire to be working. I repeated order 3 times, which she still entered incorrectly. When making payment, she walked away. It was not until the receipt printed, that I caught her mistake as she did not repeat order back even once. I advised her manager of the error who quickly sent details to cook staff. While I obtained my drink, she departed to back to obtain stock goods for sauce bins. I observed my burger be placed by the bag she started for me. Once cashier returned to front, my food had been sitting 1 minute without being bagged. Cashier checked staging area, did not bag food, instead continued with sauce restocking. Then she proceeded to spray and wipe service trays without gloves. Once completed went to check stage area, saw food was ready and put food in bag and handed out, without gloves or washing hands from using chemicals just seconds before. Overall, food was good and made accurately. Service wad terrible. I will not be using this location again. If I want Mc D I’ll leave Walmart and go to the full store in the parking lot.

No stars but had to give one to post went to McDonald’s on I-27 Plainview Tx on 9/19/23 my niece loves the happy meal here but anyway ask for a 4 pc nugget meal and I know they are kids meals but the fries she got were 7 fries that’s ridiculous always something wrong with your order never get what you paid for or your order is wrong
