McDonald’s is one of those places that we go when we’re out of town and need to feed the kids. It may not be the best but there’s no question about what we’re going to get. This McDonald’s is no different, convenient and decent food. The service was marginal at best but that’s typical as well.

Once again been waiting on my breakfast for over 20 mins sitting in the number 5 parking spot while vehicles have come and got food and gone that were cars behind me. One girl brought some food out asking me if I knew what I ordered and I told her and she said did I already go through the line said yup they sent me to this parking spot. Then I get my order after waiting 25 mins and not all my food is in the bag.

Don’t bother to ask the manager for assistance! It’s McDonald’s and I get it but the manger needs to have some decency and talk to us directly rather than sending her employees to communicate. Once again, mangers that don’t care about the well being of customers.

Waited over 30 min at the curbside pickup and they forgot my hash brown. When I called no one answered food was cold. Overall horrible experience. I can’t find a way to get to get reimbursed on the app.
