Used drive threw , order 8 cheese burgers , plain and dry and 4 order of fries. The cashier in the first window ask if I wanted the cheese on the burgers. I smiled and said yes. Second window asked me to pulled to the #1 spot minutes later I get my order, when I got to the hotel and open the wrapper all the burgers had no cheese and the fries were cold, not warn but cold

One of the absolute worst experiences we have ever had a McDonalds. Had to go back through the drive thru two times for messing up the order (no cheese on cheeseburgers) and a second time for forgetting the chicken sandwich which was part of a meal. Eventually they took our entire order back including the receipt and after sitting in the drive through for 30 minutes. They eventually tried to say that we never ordered food and that the order being wrong was our fault. I will never eat at this location again, very disappointed in the level of service.
