Store didn’t want to give me my fry I got with the all as a offer/promotion.. Staff wanted to argue that I didn’t apply it to the order pick up probably even though in the app it showed that I claimed it through that order. Staff was wasting time for a large fry trying to argue with me that I didn’t do it even though I showed them my online order receipt And that was the MAIN REASON I did order pickup was because of the promotion. Unprofessional and unproductive. Everytime I come here the employees are always just saying inappropriate things and messing up my order, not putting in the offers correct or letting me use my crown points. Bathrooms are always filthy and don’t have toilet paper or soap. Sometimes it takes 20 minutes to make you an ice coffee that’s all ice when nobody else is in store.

Rudest and worst staff ever. Placed online order, sent my bf to pick up with a copy of receipt and everything dated, time stamped and even the location and still didn’t give me my full order and argued with us. I called and she said I basically got free food, I never placed the order… I have a receipt and the proof on my bank app…. The receipt was shown to her.. worst service ever.

The workers have not given me my order twice. I ordered burgers before and they would only give me fries. I found this out after I went home and didn’t felt it was worth it to go back and waste gas money and time to dispute. The workers are miserable, scummy people who aren’t respectable. How pathetic.
