I’ve only has experiences at night here, but every time, the wait is legitimately 20+ minutes just to go through the drive thru. Staff has more fun literally dancing around and having fun with each other than preparing the food. I always regret coming here – it’s consistently frustrating.

Absolutely unacceptable experience at this Burger King.
On 11/22 at 5:54 PM, the woman working the drive-thru speaker left me sitting there for five full minutes with zero acknowledgment. I finally said “hello?” and she snapped back — with straight-up attitude — “I’ll be right with you.”
Not polite.
Not professional.
Just attitude.
Then she made me sit there for another five minutes in complete silence. No update, no apology, nothing. And there were only three cars ahead of me — no excuse for that kind of treatment.
Her tone was rude, disrespectful, and honestly unnecessary. If someone hates dealing with customers that much, they should not be working the drive-thru.
Management needs to address this because nobody should be talked to like that when they’re just trying to order food.

This Burger King is polite and respectful and always makes your food fresh but sometimes the food might be a little off not too off but a little and and before there used to be a lot of homeless people loitering but after they added the rule no loitering it has became better 4/5 stars

DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THE BK APP. DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THIS PARTICULAR RESTAURANT. YOUR ORDER WILL NEVER EVER BE DELIVERED BECAUSE EITHER THE DELIVERY SERVICE THEY USE ( DOOR DASH) DRIVER WILL HAPPILY STEAL THE FOOD FROM A 6YR OLDS DINNER THAT HER DISABLED MOTHER WHO LIVES ON A VERY FIXED INCOME SAVED UP, USE CROWNS, A COUPON FOR THE LAST MESSED UP ORDER AND DEALS TO GET HER DAUGHTER DINNER SINCE DUE TO WEATHER SHE WAS UNABLE TO COOK BUT INSTEAD NOT ONLY DID MOM HAVE TO STRUGGLE TO MAKE FOOD BUT SHE ALSO HAD TO CALM DOWN A VERY RIGHTLY SO UPSET GIRL WHO FOR AT LEAST THE 3RD TIME THIS MONTH WAS TOLD SHE WOULDN’T BE GETTING THE FOOD ORDERED BECAUSE APPARENTLY THE DRIVER DIDN’T FEEL SHE NEEDED TO EAT ( NO I DIDN’T PUT IT THAT WAY) AND THE RESTAURANT WILL DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO HELP YOU EXCEPT TELL YOU TO CANCEL THE ORDER IN THE APP AND WHEN YOU EXPLAIN THEIR STUPID APP DOESN’T SUPPORT THAT THEY JUST HANG UP ON YOU.

It’s okay. Depends on how many homeless are loitering inside. If people start acting out, they will kick them out, more than I can say about most businesses. I’ll continue to go because it’s within walking distance. It’s an OK restaurant, I don’t really like sitting inside, but the food comes out OK. The people there aren’t the nicest in terms of customer service but if I had to work there, I would understand why.

This is my favorite burger king, I love the staff, they are mainly always sweet. Sometimes they do take a bit to get to you but they are almost always busy and packed!! The food always taste good and I’m so happy to see cloud on the menu as its my favorite.

They let you order pickup for lobby online but lock their lobby during working hours. There were two people in line in front of me and it took 15 minutes to get my food, and by the time I got my food it was cold.
