Normally this location is pretty good, but today I was very disappointed. I was asked to pull to the second window and watched as they served 8 people behind me. I ordered a bigmac meal with a large fry and received a small portion of fries. I get you’re trying to keep your drive through times low, but why are you pushing me to the second window and shorting me when I ordered in advance on the app? Yikes.

I waited at the window for 5 minutes before anyone spoke a single word to me, just for them to tell me to drive up and wait (15 more minutes) for a 10 piece nugget and small fry. I wanted to eat my fries on the way home but they were cold. This will be the first and last time I come here.

I placed my mobile order at 6:26 AM and went to pick it up at 7:12 AM. While waiting to be served, Leslie just stood at the window ignoring me with another employee. I asked about my order, and they had no idea about it. I showed it to them again, and they started physically searching for it. Then she went to look for it in the system and told me I had to pay for it again to reorder it (paying again, so my mobile pay doesn’t apply, or they don’t care about the advance service at all). I called to report her, and a supposed manager answered who wouldn’t give me her name and was arrogant and rude.

So I was doing Door dash, arriving perfectly on time and waited for over 20 minutes to retrieve the order for the person. No communication with me, like “Hey we are a bit behind on getting it out” I had to flag one of the people down and while I know they are busy some communication would be very appreciated considering waiting 20+ minutes is annoying to begin with.

My husband and I stopped in to get a quick bite. We placed our order and I stood at the counter and noticed the manager on her phone for roughly 5 mins before turning around and asked me if I placed my order which I had answered yes. Upon receiving my order which included a fish filet large meal, a large coffee and a mcdouble. We ordered those items to get the monopoly game pieces. Upon looking over our order, I asked the gentleman why did the fries and fish sandwich and large sprite did not have the pieces on there and he replied with oh the game is over. Which clearly it is not because my coffee cup had the game pieces. So then the gentleman proceeded to speak to the manager in Spanish and then she turned and handed me an empty coffee cup to give me a game piece. And I stated ok, but I’m missing three game pieces, one for the sandwich, one for the fries, and one for my husband’s large sprite. The manager looked at me and said, well I gave you a cup for one piece. How does that make up for it. They were extremely rude and unprofessional. Do better!!

I went to the drive to and ordered a number one. I hate going through the drive thru and while i’m ordering I get cut off when i’m talking.
I get to the windows to get my order and they park me. I sit there for atleast 5 minutes. ( had enough time for a phone call). As I watch 4 or 5 calls that were behind me get their orders. Finally I get my order along with 2 other cars that were parked. The food is warm at best.

this was the worst experience i’ve had at a mcdonald’s. we ordered two large meals and were given medium drinks. we did not order medium drinks. Israel told us we ordered medium drinks with attitude, to which we told him we did not but that’s how he decided to ring it up. he also said they had the gold sauce, but we were not given ANY sauce although it was ordered. when my husband went back in to ask for it, not one person understood or spoke english besides Israel i guess. i didn’t get my gold sauce, so they’re not getting a good review. and i hope Israel gets fired.

HORRIBLE PLACE! Spent over $22 on a meal because none of the staff could speak English. The food was horrible, chicken was stringy and full of gristle, sauce on spicy chicken was all over the packaging. Happy meal had 5 French fries. No one knew what a monopoly game piece was.
