We’ve ordered pick up from here multiple times. The food is good most of the time, the problem is the service and atmosphere. Everytime we order food we’re quoted 30 minutes. Every time we arrive in 35 to give a few minutes of grace to the kitchen. And every time we come in we’re told the food will be another 20-30 minutes. It’s like they don’t start making pick up orders until you tell them you’re here for the order. We try eating inside to get food quicker and unless you get lucky and have a table in the front your food is going to taste like cigarette smoke from the people smoking next to the exit and patio doors. Used to really like this place. Will probably not come back.

One of the coziest, simple, perfect places to just unwind and relax after whatever kind of day you had! The service is always great. They’re friendly and always hustling. The food is always tasty and filling. The atmosphere is relaxing and homey. You can sit and talk or try and beat your friends at a game of pool! The outdoor patio is also one the best! I’ve been coming here for over 30 years and it still is one of my favorite places!

Nice neighborhood spot with a big patio and outdoor bar. The food is typical bar food, not bad, nothing special. Inside there are tables and a bar, also some pool tables. Outside there is a bar and lots of tables. There are also some TVs playing Cleveland sports. Service is friendly and seems to have a local crowd they know. Prices are solid. I will be back plenty

Cool little place! Lots of seating and a comfy environment. Pool tables and darts are available to play. Plenty of beer on tap and the food is decent as well! Had a plain Jane burger and was completely satisfied. Service was excellent and friendly! I’d come back here again for sure.

This is one of our favorites. There is plenty of room, pool tables if you want to do something, and the service has always been good.
My wife and I both chose burgers. I chose the regular homemade chips and my wife opted for the cajun. Great portions at a good price. Check out the pictures.

Really, no lie, Firehouse is excellent! Greeted by friendly servers at outside bar, took my order right away, answered questions and brought me one of the very best burgers I’ve ever had! I like it MW and most places don’t get that right. This was perfect!
The have good old fashioned pool tables inside, dart boards and a DJ on Saturday nights! I mean, nothing not to love about this place. It’s the right atmosphere for anyone for any occasion as they have all these different ambiances—indoor and out!
I are alone at the bar and felt perfectly at home, did NOT get hit on, and for me, I prefer my space when eating alone.
Come here, enjoy the food and the people and play some pool! I’ll definitely be back.

When my wife and I were regularly visiting Firehouse Grille a few years ago, it was a great experience. Consistent food and service, consistently clean. Recent visits have not lived up to that previous reputation – the food is barely mediocre, and the restaurant does not feel properly clean or well-maintained. There’s been a bug in my glass of water on two consecutive visits. I don’t know what happened to this place, but it is not a good change, and I’m in no hurry to return.
