Food was free, very suspicious. Took an hour to receive it and the kitchen was VERY unorganized and don’t communicate. You should be lucky you didn’t get a lawsuit for the fact I bit into my sandwich and almost choked. There was PLASTIC still on the sandwich from the cheese, accompanied by cold dry meat and a stale bun with hard cold fries and nuggets AND cashiers who stutter over the mic and lie about the machine being broken.

Always a g. Just ate paper at a mexican restaurant and needed another snack because I was still hungry. Got a large frie and large diet coke with the app for $2. Always saving my money here with the app. Couldn’t be more grateful honestly. Definitely worth going, the fries are always a hit or miss, but it’s mcdonald’s, and i got the. for $1 so i’ll take it.

I usually don’t leave a review for McDonald’s because, it’s McDonald’s. But my family and I drove through that little chunk of fast food restaurants off the highway in San Marcos just trying to find something that was actually quick. And out of all of them McDonald’s was the best. We went on a Sunday at about 10pm. Unfortunately the dining room closes at 10 but oh well. The service was actually good. The workers were friendly and the process of ordering and getting our food was actually quick. And the food was hot! Oh and their ice cream machine was working!

Thought things were going quick until they gave me my drink then told me to park in the parking lot. Their window is showing clear for corporate, but the customers are still having to wait in the parking lot. I’ve been waiting for 10 mins. All I ordered was regular cheeseburgers

This and 1101 is the reason I’d rather not do food delivery past 10 pm or 9 for that matter. I waited over an hour in the lobby for an order. The other order I had was sitting in my car the whole time and that one was ready on time…and hour before I picked up the second one. Both McDonald’s. So you have one customer getting an hour old melted McFlurry and ice cold fries because of the shear incompetence of your night managers. One of them was flirting with two of the guests which was disgusting. But they got their food quickly. The other lady manager finished about 4 orders that were sitting on the counter while simultaneously turning away the dashers because “it’s past 10, you have to use the drive through”. So those orders are probably ice cold when they get to your customers. No offense to the owner, but these are the absolute worst run McDonald’s apart from the Wendy’s and Popeyes locations in San Marcos. Hopefully the owner sees this review. So much more money could be made if the food delivery drivers actually got their orders on time at night.

Have gone here numerous times, and half the time they forget something and I have to remind them. Doing curbside and waiting an extra 15 minutes for a drink is not ideal. I can understand that mistakes happen every now and then but it shouldn’t be this often

Why even bother having curbside if all the spots are full…. Just to go through the drive through and you people tell me to go park in a parking spot to wait 45 minutes to get a drink with melted ice and the wrong (cold) food…. Like girl be serious I know y’all hate y’all’s lives but I just wanted some nuggies don’t make this my problem….
