Disappointing customer service experience. I attempted to use a promotional deal through the McDonald’s app and provided the code to the cashier, who stated it was invalid even after repeating it twice. When I asked if the barcode could be scanned at the window, I was told there was no scanner available. This was surprising, as I have previously ordered in-store at this location and successfully had my app barcode scanned. Unfortunately, no effort was made to review the app on my phone or offer an alternative solution to honor the promotion. Additionally, being charged 40 cents per sauce added to the frustration. Overall, the lack of assistance and customer service was disappointing.

Pros: Location indoor remodeling completed. Cleaner look and feel. Front cashier or large menu kiosks available for ordering..
Cons: Dine in area feels smaller. 2 seat single tables chairs feel like you’re sitting on the ground. Congested drive thru blocks parking area.

I ordered online to pick up at counter and a few minutes after I went inside and staff said your order is cancelled which on my application said it was valid for pickup 2-5mins. I ended waiting in line 10-15 minutes just to find out they cancelled the order. Poor management skills, lack of prioritize online orders. Left store without meal since it was cancelled

If your wanting the monopoly game pieces they offer with the Quarter pounder with cheese you won’t get cuz they won’t honor their limited time Monopoly menu. The manager Gabby was very rude and said they won’t give one to us and won’t honor the menu.
