This location CONSTANTLY gets orders wrong and misses food. One of the managers is very curt with guests. They probably owe me $20 for all of the times I’ve ordered a double hamburger and received a single hamburger. Easily more than dozen times I’ve received cheeseburgers when ordering hamburgers as well. This location is the closest fast food to me, so we eat it often enough, but when I have the chance I go to the one on 183/Crystal Falls instead, because their order accuracy is FAR superior. It seems if I order anything more than 2 sandwiches, fries and drinks, I get pulled up to the 3rd window or a parking spot for several minutes, which rarely happens at most other locations I go to.

Update .. ordered agin and had raw burgers. This place needs to be shut down !!!Worst location ever. The last 5-8 times I have order I am shoved into a drive though spot, wait over 40mins for food. Have to go inside and yell at employees just to get food I have paid for and have waited 40mins for. TRASH

told me to pull up to the next window when all i ordered was a hot n spicy mcchicken and a medium fry, I thought I’d end up waiting about a minute or so and get some fresh hot food, boy was I wrong. I waited 20 minutes, they messed my order up and on top of that it was so cold. this place sucks and has since it opened.

Came in and wanted to order with a human but nobody was at the counter. Those order screens don’t work. Took several minutes to get someone to help but the young man at the counter was wonderful. His name was Hudson I believe from his name tag and he was very friendly and apologetic for the wait. Food didn’t turn out great, fries were cold and burger tasted funny. this place needs new management!!! Also where’s the drink station!? the young man was wonderful but some of these other people need to STEP IT UP!!!!

they really need to have staff members tend to the front counter more often. there are always delivery drivers standing around for minutes before someone even asks if they need something, and it took me like 5 minutes just to get a straw they forgot. the tables are usually sticky too

I’ve had more issues with this location getting my order wrong than any other restaurant in my life. Yesterday, I bought 2 double quarter pounders and was given 2 single patty burgers. I called the store to talk to the manager to fix the mistake but he was not able to understand my issue because he couldn’t speak English well enough to communicate about food. How can you have a store managed by a person who can’t communicate with customers after they mess up an order? Fire him and whoever hired him or you’ll keep having issues at this location.
The order taker, on the other hand, was the best I’ve seen at a McDonald’s and she should be promoted immediately to save the location from it’s current terrible management.

I tried to give this place a chance since it’s fairly new and they have some teens that work there, but since they’ve opened the service has not been good. I’ve had more than 3 times my order being wrong (Burger with no meat, ice cold fries, happy meal with no nuggets) you name it. It’s depressing to get all the way home and have to turn around and go back. Even when going back to get my meal corrected, I still got incorrect food! I’m not sure what needs to happen, but there needs to be some focus within the staff to pay attention to their work. Not the review I’d hope to leave, but nonetheless it’s making me not want to eat McDonalds anymore.
