I understand that showing up at 2 am is an inconvenience but this place is open 24/7 and some people are working overnight shifts too just wanting to get lunch somewhere. I came in the drive through where the man on drive thru who wasnt even wearing a uniforn was extremely rude when i was confused about him ringing in my water as sweet tea and then proceeded to take an unreasonable time making my food with horrible quality. Fries are cold and the patties are paper thin. This felt 100% intentional and im genuinely never eating here again and i will be returning for my money back.

Stopped by the McDonald’s on Kyle Center Drive this yesterday morning and everything was quick, hot, and just what I needed to start the day. It was a bit busy but they still managed to get my meal out pretty quick. I ordered the Sausage, Egg & Cheese Biscuit meal with a hash brown and orange juice. The biscuit was soft and buttery, the sausage and egg were fresh, and the cheese added the perfect touch. The hash brown came out crispy and golden, and the orange juice was refreshing. Service was fast, and my order was made just right. Definitely a solid breakfast stop—five stars all the way!

My order seemed to always be wrong on the last three or four times, I placed an order at the drive thru. Every single time I requested no cheese and no tater sauce- I got both on my orders, every single time.
My bfast order was just the same, no cheese please! I spoke very slowly so my order would hopefully be correct. Sure enough Wrong! Now I have to open my bag in front of the drive thru window to make sure its correct – and of course wrong order again! Such a headache. Unfortunately, I now have to go inside to place my order.

I genuinely hate that this is the only McDonald’s in my entire morning route. The food is always fresh but man the morning workers are beyond rude! EVERY time I go they have no basic manners or simple drive through etiquette. They don’t say good morning , have a nice day or anything at that! & if they say anything it’s just so aggressive. I’ve dealt with this for months now & I’m finally writing this because today when I went to the second window the lady didn’t acknowledge me what so ever & just tossed my food at me. The tossing was new.
Around two weeks ago I literally got into an argument with another cashier because she rang my sandwich up with a bunch of up charges instead of pressing the correct button for a standard sandwich. (I’ve worked for McDonald’s in the past, I understood exactly what she was doing wrong). I told her nicely that it wasn’t correct and she got so upset with me that she started getting loud. She ended up giving me a “shoo” hand gesture and told me to go to the next window. I couldn’t believe it.
Nothing but a bunch of miserable Tias here!

The atmosphere was ok, although I miss restaurants having music instead of tv. Music was more conducive to conversation with your companions. The food was mediocre, specifically the fries were cold. I like the shredded lettuce instead of leaf lettuce, so the home style burger was pretty good. I don’t like that they removed the drink machines from the lobby. I also don’t like ordering at the kiosk. Mine had no table tent numbers and I had to get one from the other kiosk, then mine didn’t print a receipt, so I had to get one from the front counter person, who never spoke a word. I definitely miss the personal touch. Overall it was cold and lifeless as a restaurant. Toward the end of our meal, they turned the ac on high, but it was already chilly outside. It felt like they wanted to rush us out. Anyway, there’s a few things that they could improve on.

(Edit: it’s been over a week now. Called the store 5 times with no answer. Please just refund me.) If I could give 0 stars I would. Placed a mobile order for pick up last night (which I’ve done countless times) after my long shift at work. When I got there, they told me they couldn’t find my order and that “their system does that sometimes.” What am I supposed to do about that? I had already paid on the app and used 3000 of my points. The girl over the speaker couldn’t have cared less about the situation and had an attitude for no reason. At the window, the other girl was pretty nice but told me the mobile order would cancel itself within an hour and had me pay for a whole new order since my mobile order wasn’t showing on their system. It’s been almost 24 hours since then and the charge is still on my card and my points have not been reversed on my app. Very annoying situation to be in when I just want a quick meal after working for 12 hours. Please refund my money and points.

McDonald’s is McDonald’s. I love the consistency across the brand. I just don’t like having to correct my order when I say it in the exact order they need to key it in. Bacon biscuit… add cheese. No not a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. A bacon biscuit add cheese. (If you ring a bacon egg and cheese and remove the egg, it’s $1 more expensive.)

Children go to McDonald’s for the play area and the toys. My kids received toys they genuinely disliked. The toys were sealed, and my kids knew what was inside based on the image on the packaging. They politely asked if they could exchange them for different toys from the same series.
The manager refused, even though she had plenty of other toys available right beside her. There was absolutely no explanation for this behavior. After insisting, she agreed to exchange only one toy for one child and refused to do so for the second child, leaving him in tears.
If you want a kinder and more accommodating experience for your kids, go to the San Marcos branch, they are far more understanding. Unfortunately, the manager at the Kyle branch was very rude.

Went to grab an order using the curbside pickup and I sat and waited for almost 40 minutes (all the other people waiting in the curbside pickup were also sitting there forever because there was apparently nobody bringing out any orders) I go through the drive through to pick up my order and I have to tell 3 different people my name and my order until I finally am able to get the order and the girl at the last window was super rude. Unorganized and unprofessional, the food was good but I will not be coming back just because of the horrible service.
Update: I went BACK for some reason and I mobile ordered to pick up inside and when I got there they told me someone had taken my mobile order and that there was nothing they could do and that I had to try and cancel my order or find out how to get a refund?

This location is trash. Past 4 times I’ve got they have messed something up. 3 times ago they forgot the order of nuggets and the side of mac sauce. 2 times ago the quarter pound was a mc double and this last time they forgot the 10 peice nuggets again. It’s really sad to see the lack of care that it put into people’s orders especially what these fast food workers are getting payed now a days.
