Terrible all the way around! I dont see how in the world this location has more than 1 star!!! I will never be back!!! Too many options these days. Literally the worst place ever. I went back tonight to get my order remade and yet eveything was cold again for 2nd time they just throwing into the bag again. They forgot to give me large fries. And to top it off I spoke to the GM just yesterday because she said she fix my order for me mind you they kept my receipt ever after getting my order wrong the first time. So I went back today to have it remade and the manager tonight said “I need to have my receipt” and I told him that they told me I don’t need to have my receipt because to the GM already her name was Plamoa or something like that. I am very disappointed to have my food and order completely wrong again. Here’s proof of me missing my large fries.

Sadly the place is filthy, not just the bathrooms-the tables, floor everything at the dinning area. Our order was to dine-in but instead the man knows charge yelled our table number. It was missing items, the “excuse” was the computer is down. This was our order, no napkins, sauces Lame excuse for very poor customer service

I’ve been holding back this review for a while because I know the staff probably works really hard, but the service has been terrible since November. We wait at the register for at least 15-30 minutes before the employees even bother to help us. They just stare at the register and us, ignoring us until someone from the front says something. It’s incredibly rude. I used to be able to get my food in at least 5-10 minutes, but now it’s always at least 30 minutes, regardless of how busy it is. The service is getting worse and worse, and it makes me not want to eat after waiting so long.

Higher quality food preparation at this location compared to similar nearby locations. I will sometimes drive out of my way to visit this location over the Bastrop location.
Edit: removed 2 stars because drive thru took 12 min and they forgot to give me the milk I ordered. Hotcakes without milk is extremely disappointing.

This place is poorly run. My order is never right, the food is rarely fresh, and the workers just dont seem to get it at all..it is convenient to my home, but I don’t think I’ll go here any more. It’s just bottom of the barrel compared to other fast food places.
