Legendary Cuphead
The most unprofessional non trained workers In McDonald’s database across the world. Ice cream machines always broken. Always missing an item that I paid for. How hard is it to bring customer service back into the equation. To the McDonald’s god go take a class from Chick fil A to see why their customer service rating is top tier. Then invest back into your staff by giving them the education of your product, and customer service. The only reason I keep going back is because of the 80k points of rewards I have and the locations that are doing their job correctly. Rule of thumb for the slows ones in the back, get a job that you like and enjoy, that’s the only way your going to get something out of it and produce greatness at your employment.

From the first window through the drive in the first girl was nice even though she had my order wrong, the second window was this Mexican girl who I had to tell her that she forgot my ten piece nuggets! She kept asking me over and over what I was saying so yes, I open my mouth and told her again for the third time that she forgot the 10 piece nuggets! This girl tells me to not raise my voice at her and that I can come inside to get my food and then slammed the sliding window. I sat there, because she didn’t want me to park my vehicle and go inside, because she would have gotten more than her feelings hurt! We only went to that McDonald’s, because it was on the way and Chic-fil-A wasn’t open, it’s Sunday! So I waited at the window and the Grinch manager came to the window asked if I had even purchased the ten piece nuggets, I gave him my recipe, because no one wants to steal their nasty food! I got my ten piece nuggets at which I had shown proof of purchasing! For the Mexican girl, this world is cruel, be careful how you talk to people, because I could be waiting for you to get off of work and you work at McDonald’s, poor thing! This is why I agreed to that wall being built, GO TRUMP, because of people like you! Good luck making minimum wage and I do not recommend going to this McDonald’s the poor reviews speak for themselves! Customer service lacks and the food is mediocre and nasty! I had to even ask for straws! Shut it down already!

These guys say they don’t sell apple pie but it’s still on the menu and then you need to wait for them to tell you this after you ordered already. Food was good but don’t like that they sometimes have apple pie and other times they don’t even “sell them at this location”…

I guess at this location, they do whatever they want ♂️ they start serving breakfast way too early. Made a Mobile order and was refused a refund and that they would cancel the order because they’re only serving breakfast. If your only service breakfast, why was able to order lunch and dinner menu items? Either way, get it together. This is the closest location to my home and I guess I’ll just start frequenting competitors in the area since this is just the way they do business. Also, they only take cash for 3-4 hours.

Definitely depends on the day you go. Most of time the workers are ok but tonight they acted like they didn’t know how to pull up a mobile order and was getting the order mixed up. And when I corrected them for the 5th time, the lady with the black jacket yelled “oh my god” rudely. And we got our last of our order and the lady who handed it to me in the long horn jacket was rude. My sister and I felt her attitude without her even saying anything so my sister was annoyed like I was and basically made a disgusted noise and the lady with the long horn jacket looked at us because I’m sure she knew they were all being rude. Definitely like the other people who usually work during the day.

Depends when you go and who is working. Some care and food is good but then you have days where I wanna drive back up there and make them eat the food they served me. Only McDonald’s you can go to and they always have frappe and ice cream even if it is night time when all other locations are “cleaning the machine”! Haha
