Both cheeseburger labels specifically say mustard and cheese only, well we got mustard, ketchup, and onions on both. All 3 sides of fries were old and cold and so we’re the chicken nuggets. Also, asked for a chocolate shake which they did not have any or vanilla said they were out. Definitely the worst food experience at McDonald’s we’ve ever had.

I did a mobile order at the drive-through for a double fish fillet with no cheese. I went back to my destination and opened up my food and saw they couldn’t even get the double patty part right. But at least there was no cheese on it. I went back and showed them the error, and they corrected it, but they made me feel like it was my fault by their attitude. It’s McDonald’s so you can’t expect much lol.

Took forever but food wasn’t fresh. Couldnt eat half of it because it was so old. Store was also dirty. Waste of money. We ordered 40 nuggets and they were all old. And also no sauce. Who eats 40 nuggets without sauce. But they did make sure to fill half a bag worth of napkins

Very disappointing experience. We received our food with a missing hamburger, and when we reported it to an employee, she didn’t bother to come to our table or verify anything. She just yelled at us and insisted everything had been delivered. Completely unacceptable customer service.

I have been here before and the food was ok. Most recently (today), I was passing through and wanted just water (it’s 113 degrees outside today!). I had my own cup. I washed out my cup in the restroom and asked if they could fill it with water (this store has no publically available fountain machiene). For some reason, my request was an issue the cashier had to ask the manager about. He came back and said the manager told him he had to charge me .55 to fill my own cup with water?!? It’s a matter of principle. Most other McDonald’s will give a courtesy cup of water with their own new cup for free. I will not eat at this McDonald’s ever again. Ps the staff at the connected Piolot store were awesome and let me fill my cup for free several times. I even brought a few things in appreciation as I might have done at the McDonald’s after satisfying my immediate thirst. Whoever owns this McDonald’s, you need to up your game!! If I could give no stars, I would.

I typically avoid this McDonald’s on the basis that service, food quality, and order correctness is never consistent. I’ve been here for breakfast, lunch, dinner usually on my same off days so my sample size isn’t off. My issue becomes that I drive away and it turns out to have cheese, which makes me violently ill if I eat it, so at this point have more often than not, do not trust to order any burger or bk sandwich. Stick to some cold nuggets if order correctness is high priority. Fries are also usually cold there’s that too.

1 star given since this isn’t the first time this location has been a disappointment. Tonight family and I went through the drive thru. Ordered $25 of burgers that ended up being raw. Pinkish-red patties with a slight cook on the top and bottom, the bottom bun was soaked in grease and raw juices. Paid cash, called once we were home, asked for a refund was told I could only get a refund if I went back that same night and brought the raw burgers. I did drive the 14 miles back, I did get a refund but only after the manager on duty had to call the GM for permission to refund me, so I had to wait awhile – longer than expected. Didn’t receive a full refund, they charged me for 1 large drink, I didn’t dispute it. Manager (young male) that I interacted with was kind, but someone could really get sick with ingesting raw meat.

UPDATE: Still the worst McDonalds on the planet. Obviously, the only thing they do with their ice cream machine is clean it (at least they clean something in this nasty place) … they never have ice cream due to machine cleaning … quit lying to us McDonalds!!!!
SEE PICS AND AVOID THIS LOCATION. These are the 4 ARTISAN BURGERS that we paid $6 each for and this location said that there was nothing wrong with my $6 burger and refused to remake or refund …. a lot of money for inedible food. Shame on you McDonalds #McNastys #McDonakds
