I have been here before and the food was ok. Most recently (today), I was passing through and wanted just water (it’s 113 degrees outside today!). I had my own cup. I washed out my cup in the restroom and asked if they could fill it with water (this store has no publically available fountain machiene). For some reason, my request was an issue the cashier had to ask the manager about. He came back and said the manager told him he had to charge me .55 to fill my own cup with water?!? It’s a matter of principle. Most other McDonald’s will give a courtesy cup of water with their own new cup for free. I will not eat at this McDonald’s ever again. Ps the staff at the connected Piolot store were awesome and let me fill my cup for free several times. I even brought a few things in appreciation as I might have done at the McDonald’s after satisfying my immediate thirst. Whoever owns this McDonald’s, you need to up your game!! If I could give no stars, I would.

Service and quality has gone downhill… you have to wait a long time before you get your food. If you plan on ordering online don’t waste your time. You’ll get there only to have to ask them to start making your food. Aside, employees don’t seem to know how to read. Countless of orders that are wrong. Truly disappointing

Very slow. I’m in line behind 5 cars and my fries and food are cold right as soon as I get them…..how is that possible? Well let me tell you, they’re making it happen at the Mustang Ridge Mc Donald’s on a very consistent basis. I’ve given up on this location and many others. You don’t even need an IQ to work there as long as you have a pulse.

Stopped here due to a very bad storm, and my son just got off a plane and was very hungry. They were unable to serve food bc their system was down due to the storm. I asked if we could just have some ice water, we were refused even though another man waa served 2 sodas… okay fine… so we waited for 40 minutes to stay out of the storm, and then a man walked in and started ordering food, apparently they were able to serve again, but Noone told us despite the fact they knew I wanted to order and had been waiting. I went up to the register and said, it would have been nice if you had told us you were serving again. We’ve been waiting a long time. She just shrugged and said nothing. We did finally order bc both my kids were now hungry AND thirsty. Kinda sad to be treated like that.

2 Stars, only because of their ability to accommodate truck drivers even though the lobby is being remodeled. That being said, they need to also renovate the cooking staff. Chicken nuggets were so dry and had sat for so long they were about 25% thickness because the moisture had gone. Chicken sandwich…yuck. Grease hasn’t been changed/filtered properly in quite some time. By far the worst location I’ve visited in a few years.

I work overnights and ordered on the app when I arrived the lady said there system was off and needed to see if it went through. She talked to lady in the back and came back up saying it didn’t go through even though I showed her a screenshot of my order plus she also said if we don’t accept the order within 10mins it’s canceled even though I work 2mins up the road and it hadn’t been ten mins yet. Also for a place being 24hrs and for everything to be off (kiosks, grill etc) make that make sense!
