Arrived at 10:20 pm. Two staff members, sitting at one of the tables. Chairs were turned over/propped up and a wet floor sign was at the door. Immediately, we were told the lobby was closed and we couldn’t eat there. The sign on the door : the lobby is open until 11. Quite disappointed. I submitted feedback to McDonald’s, via the feedback link.

We never eat MCD’s, but went today. The fries were delicious without any salt!! Fresh!!! We tried the self order kiosk and it didn’t give us a number or receipt, so I was a bit confused. I had to the boy my order and he found it quickly. I was pretty amazed at how they work so quickly and got my order right!!! Way to go!

Rude as hell. And will get your order wrong every time. Last burger i got i asked for no onions and i got to dry patties and 2 dry buns but still got charged for cheese. That was deliberate. Screw this place. Worst fast food in the area.

Drive thru girl laughing and giggling on the headset while taking my order. Have fun working I love it but when my order comes out wrong I get annoyed. I asked for extra pickles, no pickles. Kids fries have legit 4 fries. Missed a whole kids meal and when I called to get a refund maybe 7 min after I left they told me my only option is to return for a refund. Unfortunately we had a meeting to get to so we couldn’t so McDonald’s decides to just mess up the order not give us our correct order and then just keep the money.

Its bad..all around just bad. Its not like my standards were high from the start but this location was just plain terrible. I saw person in the car in front of me get my food. Open up everything including my sons happy meal, then handed it back open to the window. When we pulled up the literally gave us the food that the lady in front of us just handled and argued with me that what I just saw happen with my own two eyes was not true.

Worst Mcdonalds ever. I have been here at this location many times to get the kids Happy Meal. We never got a toy that was current. Every single time we recieved a toy that from that was distributed several months ago, or we were given a story book. Even if we went early in the month, we still did not get a current toy.

Why does this specific location fail to give the kids a toy that is currently advertised in the store/online.? Is some one stealing the toys instead of providing the toys to the customers with each purchase?!

I have done dine in, and also drive throughs, with same dissapointing outcome.

Ordered curbside about 30 minutes early, knowing t hay they don’t start the order to you arrive I was prepared to wait but after 20 minutes wait for the meal it was frustrating. Finally walked in to figure out what was going on. Once I got the meal it was cold so meaning that the order sat for a while before delivering. This is not the first time this has happened with this McDonalds….

I did this review after giving them 4 opportunities to make a decent hot fudge sundae with extra fudge. I come here because on my way to a work site. Each and every time, of my four visits , I emphasized and PAID EXTRA for”extra fudge” but every time I got a wee bit of fudge!!! Never get napkins and this time didn’t even get a spoon….got a knife and fork! I mentioned to the lady that I paid for extra fudge and she told me that’s what I got…. As you can see in the photo I wouldn’t consider this extra hot fudge sundae that I paid over $3 for….:( never coming back
