I ordered medium fries and a medium drink, I paid for both items and I put my number at the kiosk. My coworker also ordered at a kiosk but she didn’t retrieve a number only I did. We didn’t pay as a group yet got served as a group. Server said it was her hot and spicy and fries. After my meeting I went to ask them about my drink and fries after 45 minutes of not receiving either. The same server gives me my cup and says he would get me the fries to which the manager replied and said that could not happen. I didn’t receive a refund and I didn’t receive my fries, it is not my fault they served it as a group order when it was clearly paid separately. To not receive my drink after 45 minutes until I asked is also unacceptable. Do better and be more organized. The manager was a pretty heavy lady with blond hair and black glasses, this isn’t the first time she’s been disrespectful. I’ve had multiple encounters with her and she’s thrown my food down on the counter. Please choose wisely on who you choose to reflect your business.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Staff is disrespectful, and completely ignored me when I was at the window for 5 minutes. All I needed was a new sauce as the one they gave me was open. I even did a quick courtesy honk, and an employee saw me and walked away from window.

I’m sorry to say but today November 17, 2024 . I went to McDonald’s with my mom and boys, we went through drive through and first of all they made 1 order wrong. I ordered 4 meals total. THEN.. I take a couple of sips of my caramel iced coffee UNTIL a fly went up my straw and in my mouth. I was like what is this.. I spit it on my hand and on the top of the McDonald’s lid and I was driving . I was at the stop sign opened my door . I wanted to throw up. I even took a picture of if it was the most disgusting thing ever.

I love that’s my house McDonald’s I go every day to McDonald’s on Texas on 18th Street that’s my office that’s my house so I go have my coffee and sit down and look on the on the laptop and look at things and I got to do and looking for business and different things right now and then I love being here cuz the only thing they need to do is have more people to stay in the front they go away mad so I need to stay you need to keep somebody up front all the time name all the steps stays in the back you need to leave the people gets upset with that amen amen amen

Made a order today 1-28-26 thru the mobile app and we went to the window got ignore for 20 minutes straight so I proceeded to got to the door and knock politely ask for a refund and the girl told me they closed at 11:00 and didn’t want to refund me my money and the app says 24HOURS HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND I NEED THAT MONEY BACK IMMEDIATELY

We were in line for ever. When we got home, took our food out, the nuggets were horrible. Not sure what the black burned stuff in nuggets was! Didn’t bother calling or taking back because it was super late.
