I got a stale burger and fries. Why would you pre-make a burger like I wouldn’t notice? Thank you guys though, because this is the last time I’m eating at Burger King. The quality is in the trash can where this food belongs.

Fresh food, amazing service, and genuine kindness!
I stopped by the Burger King in Benson, NC, and honestly—it was the best experience I’ve had at a Burger King in years! The food was incredibly fresh, easily the freshest I’ve had from BK since I was a kid. Everything tasted hot, well-prepared, and made with care.
What really stood out, though, was the service. The team was super friendly and went above and beyond to make our visit special. They didn’t just tell my wife that “She Rules!”—they made sure she felt it, and that genuine kindness really made our day.
It’s rare to see that kind of enthusiasm and pride in service these days, but this crew clearly loves what they do. We left smiling and full—can’t ask for more than that!
Highly recommend this location if you’re passing through Benson or just craving some classic BK done right.

Ordered a double cheeseburger, an impossible burger, one chicken sandwich, two ice cream cones, and one oreo shake through the app. Ice cream machine was “down” so they couldn’t make the cones or shake, they offered cookies instead. Chicken sandwich couldn’t be made unless they used a potato bun (pictured), so I accepted that substitution too. Get my food home and the impossible burger is burnt, the chicken sandwich was made with clearly old and wilty lettuce (pictured)(I worked in food service, I know what fresh lettuce looks like), and I have four cookies in place of the ice cream and shake that I wanted. So what did they get right? Well I’m not sure because my 12 year old ate the double cheeseburger and she’ll eat just about anything. Really unhappy with how long we had to wait in combination with how poor the food was in combination still with how much it costed. I dropped $25 on sandwiches and a treat for three, and they got none of it right in 20 minutes of waiting. It’s not affordable, it’s not fast, and it’s not good quality, so what is it? It was an unpleasant experience, and it reminds me why I don’t go to Burger King. McDonald’s can charge what they do these days because people would rather have McDonald’s (literally McDonald’s) than this overpriced wanna be fast food. Just go across the street and wait for decent food. McDonald’s can’t be that bad compared to this

I basically like McDonald’s, the inside was busy. There was a double drive through and it was moving but I was already running late. Looking across the street was Burger King. No one was in line and there was only minimum cars in the parking lot. I drove across. I waited, 10 minutes at the order box, someone answered just a minute. 10 more minutes went by two more cars were behind me waiting. Then they pulled away, and left. I pulled to the parking spot, went inside. One person was being waited on..So why, didn’t anyone handle the drive through? No excuse. The lady, at the counter was polite , friendly and I recieved my food quickly. The food was great. Was it worth the wait ? Please, leave a like or dislike.

Had a mobile app order they got everything wrong. They included condiments I did not want. They added onions and I’m allergic. I tried to take it back to the drive-through and ask for a refund. They told me they couldn’t do it since it’s a mobile order. good luck getting a refund for the mobile order. They responded five days later and asked for pictures /proof or they couldn’t give me my money back

There was one young man working both windows, this afternoon, and he had such a wonderful attitude! He smiled, made sure he asked if we needed any sauce, greeted us and told us to have a great day.. and he meant it. Great service. The food was great too! Loved the cotton candy drink.
