I went through the drive-thru and ordered 4 DOUBLE Quarter Pounders, but the employee rang them up as single patties instead. When I pulled up to pay, no receipt was provided.
After getting home, I noticed we were missing fries, so I returned to the store and spoke with the manager. The manager addressed the issue, but while the food was being corrected, the crew was laughing and horse-playing while bagging the order, which felt unprofessional.
Mistakes happen, but accuracy and professionalism are important. The behavior from the crew during this shift needs improvement

I’m a delivery driver so i stop at various McDonald’s locations to grab lunch, this one is by far the best that I’ve been to. I usually order to go, quick restroom break and my food is ready to go by the time I’m out. I wasn’t even in the restroom for 2 minutes and I came out to my order sitting on the counter. No clue how they do that, but clearly the staff and management here care about speed and good quality food. Not only are they fast, the food is also always so good here I’m not sure how it’s possible but it tastes like im eating McDonald’s premium when I come to this location.

I would give it zero Stars.They mess up on orders and never properly fix the situation. “Melissa and Araceli ” the “managers there are a joke ” they have no experience the GM really needs to do better background checks .

HORRIBLEEEE SERVISO they still didn’t close and they never attended me I stopped at the Drive-through and no one answered me, I went to the window and it was their turn and they didn’t even attend to me, two young people were laughing and playing deaf while I played, nothing cost them to tell them that they had already closed even though the entire store until the drive through was on and open

I can’t believe they would open a toy before i can. As you can see in the picture thats how i received it. Literally how could they have not noticed it. Not only that the the big mac i got was cold and not even fresh. I call them and the manager there said i would need you to bring it back. I told him this isnt the first time i receive food like that and on top of that I’m not driving back. I will be calling corporate first thing monday morning.

Cashier double charged my daughter for her 20 piece and basket of fries. While waiting for our food we tried to get a manager’s attention but to no avail. One of the employees that was on break tried to talk to another employee (blonde girl who later we found out was named mariela not sure if that name was real because after that she was literally hiding from us) and she was very rude to him. She was also slamming the food in the pick up area not even calling out names or numbers so the food especially fries were getting cold. My daughter went and looked for the customer to inform them the food was out. When I finally got my order the fries were cold not even salted and I wasn’t even given my bbq sauce. When I asked another employee to give me fresh fries and my bbq sauce I got a rude look. EVERYONE there was rude. When I tried to get blonde girls attention (and I speak loudly) I was ignored. When I told the cashier to tell me her name she said she didnt know it and walked up to her and told her something cuz after that that is when she was just hiding from us and then the manager Ashley came up to us. I asked for the sauce for my daughter’s nuggets and before I could complain about her being double charged she left at this point I was like forget this I’ll just contact Corporate.

If zero was a choice id mark negative 0. So upsetting. Our meat wasn’t fully cooked and my children’s chicken nuggets were cold. If you all are going to hire make sure they come with experience as this is an inconvenience. Not a happy customer AT ALL.
