Their biscuits are made fresh from scratch every day! The chicken tenders and chicken sandwiches are breaded fresh as they’re ordered! Their customer service is top notch and can’t be beat.

The employees were nice enough, which made the atmosphere about average. However:
1 – I specifically requested a fresh extra-crispy pork chop for my biscuit and instead was given one that had been sitting.
2 – I have always thought Hardee’s and Carl’s Jr had better biscuits than anyone, but these today were moist but dry…I can’t explain it. Also, there was really no rise on them at all. I missed my fluffy, inviting Carl’s Jr biscuits! I wasn’t able to take but about 5-6 bites.
I was sorely disappointed with my granbabies food this morning!

I just ordered a burger with NO cheese, even stating the fact that I’m DEATHLY allergic, and what do I see when I get home? CHEESE ON MY BURGER. I live too far to be driving back and forth for their mistake. The receipt says no cheese as well. I’m just extremely annoyed because it look 22 minutes for me to even get my food – which i was understanding since we got lunch food at breakfast time, but I ONLY GOT MY FOOD BC I WENT BACK INSIDE TO SEE WHAT THE HOLDUP WAS (it was just sitting on the counter, not even under the heater). Very disappointed, and will be going to Whataburger from now on, where they understand allergies and how to make a burger like asked.

My experience with this Carl’s Junior was kind of disappointing. The chicken sandwich I ordered was extremely greasy and soggy. Also, it had pickles on it (and quite a few), even though I asked for no pickles. I do know mistakes happen, but considering I was pretty much the only person who was ordering at the time, I wish my food had gotten a bit more care. Also, the size of the bread was MUCH larger than the piece of chicken I had, but I think this is likely a corporate issue, and not an issue with this specific Carl’s Junior. I will say, however, the fries and the chicken itself were great! Overall, with how long everything took and how expensive it was, I am relatively dissatisfied with my visit. I don’t plan on coming back, but I hope that this restaurant will improve. Also, the employees were very kind, so I do appreciate the customer service!

Carl’s Juniors usually got the Fry’s and they were stale as can be the burger was utterly disgusting the bread soggy kinda like it was dipped in some type of au jus sauce , I’m being sarcastic about the au jus sauce it was just that wet and Soggy . it was just wet everywhere even though I use about four or five napkins there was wet bread was disgusting I just couldn’t eat it that it was you could just look at the pictures I could not eat this disgusting Burger you expect better from place that makes such great burgers

The burger was good ordered the waffle fries just to have most of them tasting raw and then my lemonade was a small when it should of been a medium and it tasted like faucet water with lemon juice added. The lady that handed me my order was also rude as he’ll I told her about my drink and she said well you get what you paid for

Just like all fast food places…prices are out of hand…3 famous stars for 19 and some change..no fries and no drinks…just insane how expensive these places are getting…and to me the food was a lil cool for my taste…and the staff seemed to be a lil off,like none of them.really.wanted to be there or do much..and the wait at the window was a lil long..and im one not to trip out,but I was not impressed at all.
